[Hype] Dhuum | Raid League live event November 2022 | Scepter Condi Weaver

Had some really unlucky mechanics lining up forcing me to stay away from dhuum for too long causing boon drops. But even on the worst possible scenario condi weaver and condi mech are the 2 strongest classes for a live event to deal with dhuum's random mechanics while keeping up solid dps.
