Ive been a gamer for well over 35 years now. I've seen the industry slowly turn into this p2w freemium crap where they add obstacles in game design on purpose to monetise a solution without even having a good game. I respect Matt Stone and Trey Parker even more than I already did for having the gamer perspective over the corporate greed.
I wonder if trey and matt researched TF2's freemium design during that episode because its one of those games they said where you should figure out the game first to be fun and good then find a way to make money and to this day a lot of f2p games still have that trouble where as TF2 has been a good example how to do this correctly even valve kinda abandoned it. i bet matt and trey could've figured out how to do it like that
Hey sorry dude, I had to remove them because something in those episodes makes RUclips block the video :( I will try edit them a bit and will upload them as soon as possible :)
Love how people’s minds work. Chuds will crap all over people who buy into diets or fads because their favorite celebrity pushes it, and then guys act like it’s not the same thing when they buy into the same shit that comes from their favorite creator
They said he was the sweetest person ever. Apparently he recorded his lines in Japan with the flu and "couldn't have been nicer about it." Matt said that his favorite part of the episode was when PewDiePie said his line near the end. Trey revealed that PewDiePie sent a video to his step son saying "If it wasn't for you, I wouldn't have ever been on South Park" which made the kid cry. Both really thought the guy was very sweet.
