Really liked this. Super impressed by you doing this at 38 weeks. However, I didn't know I would need a bench and it super the me off and I just skipped some of the bridge stuff because I wasn't sure what to do.
Can’t wait to do this one ! And thank you for the “ankle/wrist “ weights recommendation! Big help as I’m looking to invest in heavier dumbbells. Much cheaper at the moment . You have changed my life for the better! I love seeing the results . Sometimes, I’ll alternate (left then right) when I’m to the point of exhausted 😩 God bless you and your growing family ❤
Trying the strength workout calendar for the first time after 5 months of winging it then doing SSSV2! You're right, the hardest part was always picking which workout to do that day! Excited to have it planned out though I am traveling for work a few days and don't have access to a fitness facility but will prob do lots of walking those days!
