Thank you. The information is precise and to the point... I learned a lot. The explanations were clear and the visuals were on target. No excess talking like so many other videos. Good teaching - Thank you 😊
I love my Atlas 150. I’ve had it for years. It was a gift from my nonnie & cost $17.00 USD at the time. They are quite a bit more expensive now. I use it all the time. I much prefer it to my Kitchen Aid stand mixer pasta attachments.
This was an excellent tutorial. Thank you. I checked out the pasta machine from my local "library of things." It came with directions of course but this tutorial really made it clear and simple. Much appreciated.
Fantastic video, thank you so much. I just got one of these machines and will be using it for the first time tonight. I am a new subscriber and looking forward to seeing your other videos. Thank you.
Thank you for sharing your video. Could you please tell me the name or model of your pasta drying rack. I love how the pieces are removable so that you can caught the pasta as it’s coming out. ❤️
Wow..it always required lot of efforts to do something In your own way..patience and goal to the result sis..God bless you and keep sharing your ideas to others
I always love your tutorial videos sis..it’s always concise and clear, very informative info for people who has this pasta machine or still planning to have one..keep uploading videos like this and enjoy your passion..I’ll be watching your videos in case I wanna make my own fresh pasta dough..lablab
oh wow, this is amazing my friend, i haven’t actually thought of making my own pasta, hehehe, wow.. your tutorial is clear and spot on, super great. learned a lot here my friend
The moment I learned how easy it was to make homemade pasta, I never went back to using the store-bought ones... 😊 Glad you liked this tutorial. Thank you my friend. 😊
Yes I bought my machine on eBay and I've been making my noodles thank you so much for showing me both fettuccine and spaghetti now I have a better idea of how to go great video
Great videos, thanks! I would like to ask your advice on the best way to keep the Atlas 150 in good condition, I mean i will not be using it everyday, maybe once or twice a week. How should I store it, in his original box? Or covered with a dry cloth, or just there in the shelves?
Thank you so much for asking! 💙 I give my machine basic upkeep/spot cleaning after every use. Personally I keep it in its box, and store in cool place, to maintain its pristine condition.
I am looking at purchasing a Vintage Deluxe ATLAS PASTA QUEEN Noodle Making Machine by MARCATO but it doesn't appear to have the plastic removable anti friction combs...does that matter? He is selling it for $30 but i want to make sure it will be easy to clean and work properly without the removable combs.
The Imperia pasta maker's plastic dough scrapers broke, do they break on the Atlas also, and the spaghetti cutter always clogged, does the Atlas spaghetti cutter clog also
I do everything as you say, the pasta comes out great. I’ve done every pasta that I can with it. I have a problem though. My favorite is spaghetti but my dough will not get caught by the spaghetti attachment. I try and try and can’t get it to cut into spaghetti. I tried wetting the tip of the dough, adding more flour to the tips, adding flour to the teeth of the attachment and nothing. I even tried making the dough thinner. The spaghetti attachment just won’t catch the dough.
I have a Mercado 150 and when I used it the pasta had grease from the machine all over it. What would cause this. The machine was new and had never been used before.
I really need to get the drying stand .... I found that rolling to number 6 was too thin. So lesson learned. Thicker past has more texture than thin... I’ve only had my pasta machine since ‘93 ... you’d think I’d be a pro by now ..... NOT!!!! 😂
Hi, i tried making pasta for so many times and it keeps sticking on machine when i tried to cut it ether for fettuccine or tinner ones. I still didn’t give up but it comes frustrating. Do you know why it’s happening? Appreciate any advice ☺️
Came here to say I hate this pasta machine. The clamp never stays put, and the crank always gets in the way of the clamp hitting it everytime I turn it
Thank you. The information is precise and to the point... I learned a lot.
The explanations were clear and the visuals were on target.
No excess talking like so many other videos.

I’ve had my machine for over 20 years ... it still works great and the only thing I’ve had to do is replace the clamp
Wow, that's great! 😊 Thank you for watching, my friend.
These are built with great quality. I got mine 39 years ago and it’s still a work horse. Like you, I’ve only needed to replace the clamp.

Hi! So far, I am not experiencing any problem with the Marcato machine.
Thank you
Please I'm in Dubai.. Where can I get this
I bought mine in Tavola shop... 😊 You can check em out. Thanks.
How much do you cut for shells For stuffed shells ? How do you get the shells shape 🐚? Thanks
There are accessories that can be bought, and others just use hand techniques to make pasta shell shapes, i think.
Thank you for visiting.
I do everything as you say, the pasta comes out great. I’ve done every pasta that I can with it.
I have a problem though.

My dough is coming backward while cutting it, please what could be the machine problem

Salamat po sa pano nood...
Can you make phyllo dough with it?
I really haven’t tried making phyllo dough, but I think you could use the machine set to 9 which is the thinnest setting.
Thank you.

I have a Mercado 150 and when I used it the pasta had grease from the machine all over it. What would cause this. The machine was new and had never been used before.
I went through an entire recipe of dough and the grease never stopped.
Maybe a fake machine?
I really need to get the drying stand .... I found that rolling to number 6 was too thin. So lesson learned. Thicker past has more texture than thin... I’ve only had my pasta machine since ‘93 ... you’d think I’d be a pro by now ..... NOT!!!! 😂
Yeah youre right, my friend. I also really like having the drying stand. 👍🏼 I think you already are a pro. 😊
Where can I get the marcato
Hi, i tried making pasta for so many times and it keeps sticking on machine when i tried to cut it ether for fettuccine or tinner ones. I still didn’t give up but it comes frustrating. Do you know why it’s happening? Appreciate any advice ☺️
Hi! Maybe you need to dust more flour on the dough, for it not to be too sticky, prior to feeding it into the machine to flatten it. 💙
Yummy
Replaying po

PSALM 117:1
PRAISE THE LORD ALL YOU NATIONS; EXTOL HIM, ALL YOU PEOPLES.
Can it cut chin chin
MY ASS the dam pasta rolls around the rolls and gets stuck in there 300$ for a freaking machine that can't get the pasta out in linguine or spaghetti
