Dear Mateo beautiful shapes, pappardelle ripiene are amazing ..just a tip for you.. the Fuži are Istrian pasta but you do it wrong. They have to be the same shape like garganelli but with no stripes so you do not use the cavarola but just a flat surface
@@mateo.zielonka Fuzi (Fuži)are not triangle shape at all. They are typical pasta shape used with sugo (chicken or beef stew) in Istria (the north west Croatia or south Slovenia but just in Istria) .. just google Fuzi Istra 😀

The pasta is just beautiful and your craftsmanship is exceptional. Makes me what to run out and get everything to become a pasta master!

You usually run the pasta in a few different numbers to get what you need.
