    What do you do with all the excess dough?

    Do these keep their shape while fresh or do I need to freeze them or like vacuum seal them

      Hi! Thanks for your comment! I would not vacuum seal them but they do keep well in the freezer! I will usually freeze them on a tray so they will keep their shape and then you can transfer them to a plastic bag or container.
