It amazes me how people see rusty strut and replace new coils spring but don't replace the struts. Might as well replace both since everything is ready

What is that sleeve called that goes on the bottom of the spring
I have a question if I have a spindle lift would my coil overs or spring or whatever you wanna call them would they still stay OEM?

Is the entire spindle assembly completely necessary to remove or is it just for access?
