I really like your recipe..Its always too easy to prepare and it turns out to be very tasty.. Most special thing about your recipes are you don't use too much of ingredients which are not available in the kitchen of the Bachelors which other does.. I mean they claim that it's very easy to prepare but eventually they add some ingredients which is not available in the kitchen of Bachelors..First they have to go and purchase them and then prepare that dish..But it's not the case with you..You always use simple ingredient which are available in every kitchen.

Thanks good recipe...I altered it to my taste though by skipping ginger and cumin in tadka instead added cumin powder and a little jaggery for flavour..turned out excellent!
