Kanak, I’d like to share a story about your chutney recipe. It might be this one or another, but it’s a memory from about five years ago. I saw your recipe on RUclips and decided to try making it. At that time, I was living in Al Ain, UAE, working for a company, and staying in a company-provided room. It was a Sunday morning when I made your recipe for lal chutney. I invited two friends to join me for breakfast-one from Hyderabad, India, and the other from Punjab, Pakistan. I’m from Karachi, Pakistan. You wouldn’t believe it, but when we ate the chutney with parathas, one of my friends started crying. The taste reminded him of his mother, and he was overwhelmed with emotion. The chutney was absolutely delicious! It was a beautiful moment we shared, all thanks to your recipe. After all these years, I’ve finally come across you again on RUclips, and it brought back such fond memories.
