* There is no such thing as "SAME GENDER MARRIAGE" - by definition and tradition MARRIAGE is defined as a legal nuptial of a Male and Female Couple.
* Therefore SAME GENDER COUPLE are UNMARRIAGABLE COUPLES, what they could have is
"CIVIL UNION CONTRACT // CIVIL PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT"
Except where it is also defined as a legal nuptial of a male and male couple, or a female and female couple.

Our Torah is not just a parchment. It is the fabric of this exhistance; it is alive. As such whenever a Jew transgresses one of it's Laws he becomes stained in such a way that he will have difficulty viewing other Jews clearly. He clearly has a great deal of sin of a sexual nature upon him, staining his garments. If he did not have so much sin upon him then he would not be promoting such false perceptions of Leviticus 18:22, which is a prohibition on male bisexual activity. Leviticus 18:22 is not a prohibition on loving, monogamous male-male relationships- only male bisexual behavior.
