Greetings from the great state of Texas people can learn a lot from the Jewish people for some reason they're always wealthy I don't know I've never met a poor Jewish person I grew up part of my life in New York City I was born there any way that you could tell by some of these videos at these people are very close and help each other unlike you know a lot of other people and nationalities in this country they don't care about their own parents there homeless people nobody cares about them and it's really sad this country is going to hell in a handbasket people lack God and empathy in the United States God bless this couple she looks a lot like I did in my twenties they do things the right way not that I agree I believe Jesus Christ you have came first sense and I'm sure there's some Christian Jewish people not that I believe in all of their Doctrine but you know they seem family-oriented God bless you all

I’m only asking because I’m curious, I don’t mean this in a rude way. Have they only been courting, and is that why they didn’t kiss or say “I love you” during the proposal? I’m not familiar with Jewish custom and I don’t know how conservative they are :)

    • @fanOmry

      Untill they're Married.. No.
      They mustn't touche. At all.
      No hand Shake.
      No hug.
And Appellations would also be.. inappropriate.

It's to stop people from being Unfaithful to their Partners.
Sucks if you're not *officially* partnered yet.
You're also only supposed to F when the wife is fertile in the month.
      Plus side?
The Couple will usually have way more sex for more years.
Is the absence bring Hunger thing.
Which is a part of why Orthodox Hasidic Jews Have more Kids than Amish.

The exchange of gifts between bride and groom during the engagement period is a longstanding Jewish tradition. While jewelry is an obvious choice, according to halacha, the bride should not be given a ring until the chupah. By doing so, especially if the groom places it on her finger, he is entering a complex halachic arena.
