Whatever the other problems we have in body... Pitt dosha should be the matter of concern as it makes skin age faster and hair greying and hairfall issues starts. 😢
Have to disagree with her here. There are general recommendations that can be made. wonder if she’s trying to sell particular products. If you watch a RUclipsr called Fit Tuber, he makes a lot of Ayurveda recommendations that are very solid for the general public. It would’ve been more helpful if she could actually have reviewed common conditions and remedies.

Just as there are brahmins and gurus who have spent decades studying multiple subjects - grammar, itihasa, kavya, etc. -, to understand Sanskrit shastra, there are perhaps around 15 remaining brahmin vaidya families in Kerala, yet most of them I believe use the simplfied Ashtanga Hridayam which I am not very fond of. The tradtional recommendation of learning is 15+ years under a guru. Perhaps you can find some ?
I'm not sure what to say. Just as there are those that have years of experience being a parent, leader, or other, they may have experience but that is not necessarily an indicator of their quality. Perhaps such is part of this dark age of kali yug that many believe learning through university has some value. I think a fair amount of brahmins think otherwise. One would not say here you can go to university and afterwards say now you understand dharma just as good as Rama, Krishna, Bhishma, etc and now you too can be a good raja. As far diet and aging, just as there are known excellent fruits such as amalaki and haritaki, there is a range of nutrients and antioxidants such that those perhaps can be called excellent and there are many in between those and what is now commonly known. As with such fruits, vegetables too have a range of antioxidant and nutrient levels such as the once traditional black mustard leaf, bathua, and many others much better than those of low nutrients such as non-traditional gobi, spinach, okra, methi, green bean, cabbage, carrot, eggplant, taro, potato, etc. I think a good vaidya would understand such and part of this dark age is few it seems understand why it is important to return to such. So few will mention countless things such as once pippali was the main spice before chili replaced it, vana tulsi was once the main leafy herb and not coriander, flowers were once considered a regular food item perhaps in importance only after fruit and leaf, etc. countless things. Perhaps indeed stories of sages living for hundreds of years are true and is still possible today. Yet who is going to talk about once common fruits or vegetables, even banyan and bodhi were once commonly consumed as fruit and leaf, that are now not available to all. E.g. who is going to mention other grains not commercially grown or other varieties of rice that perhaps are now extinct or only grow in the wild and known only to some villagers. Perhaps as an effect of invasion, not counting villagers, only those areas that were not conquered still eat a fair amount of traditional vegetables. That would be I believe Southern Tamil Nadu. Just as what is called Hinduism is not necessarily one tradition and there is a great variation of debate, disagreement, and other - far more than for example how Vedantins tend to say all is Vedanta or the Upanishads have one single subject e.g. atman or brahman which is not the case, so too Ayurvedic texts have a long history where not everyone agreed on everything e.g. even common concepts such as dosha, prakriti, or other as important may not necessarily be valued as important throughout all texts or by all commentators and regional variations (Caraka I believe North West, Sushruta North East Varanasi, ...). I don’t know where there are those that can be called vaidya or expert but perhaps they still exist somewhere. The potential of health, longevity, and immunity is far greater than perhaps most realize and such depends on perhaps an entire change in our understanding of food and a return for all of us growing up eating what grows around us. For now, perhaps even animals that grow up eating hundreds and thousands of plants with experience of how they differ by growth stage and plant part - eg root stem bark leaf flower fruit seed etc -, do they have better knowledge of food than pretty much all of us.
An example of this thoroughly dark age. In the 60s the WHO released a monograph on diet and immunity backed by 800+ studies from researchers from 20+ countries. Since then there have been perhaps thousands more studies. Yet who is aware and speaks of that ? The entirety of the diet matters and any lack of even and smooth, not Western or Occidental balance or in equilibrium, operation of tissues - dhatusamya -, matters. Perhaps one can say as with an automobile, through direct observation and knowledge of kala, the entirety of the corps should operate smoothly and evenly, noticing all changes from all possible causes. Caraka even notes the purpose of the 100+ chapter shastra is to explain this concept yet has anyone mentioned such ? Seems rarely. Or the first historical usage of the term immunity I believe was to describe a tribe that was immune to snake bite. Just as there are various formulas to treat poison, there were and perhaps still are simple villagers that consume various plants for protection while traveling through areas of spider snake scorpion etc. For an expert, I expect more. Of current studies or classical Ayurveda, the entirety of diet matters and perhaps one can say such requires an understanding of rasa, not some formula such as chyawanprash but dynamic use per moment of sweet sour bitter astringent pungent salty. Such way of tastes - rasayana - is supposed to be the most noble of duties, taught to the rishis to as we might say save the world. Where are those as noble as Brahma, Indra, Vishnu, Shiva, Ma Kali, the Ashvins, etc. ? The Sanskrit term that comes closest to epidemic or pandemic means something like the ethical and moral decay of a people. As they say, dharma has been reduced to one-fourth in this age. Perhaps that is the cause of all that now plagues us : lack, misunderstanding, and corruption of dharma.

Not really. She is right. Fit tuber is not an ayurveda expert. He is just an enthusiast.
That lady Malayalam slang & pronunciation of English is so cute 🥰.

In other parts of India too. I personally used & benefitted from it without any problem.
