MB was what “woke” my then 2yo son up from his cognitive developmental delay after having CV at 6mo. His speach and non-verbal communication just completely flatlined after that. With the smallest amount possible, he started glancing at people and making eye contact after only three days of breathing treatments. It was astounding to watch. We were trying to treat ear infections he wouldn’t let us treat in any other way, and it had a profound impact on his cognitive health instead.

Pharmaceutical grade = "USP Grade". Standard non-prescription solution is 1% MB. Avg daily dose is about 1 drop per 10 lbs body weight. I've been taking lower dose MB for almost a year as disease / cancer preventative & for mental clarity and mood. I often skip 1 or 2 days and also only about 10 drops. Approaching age 80, I think it has helped me relax and take a better "30,000' view" personally & with world problems.

Do NOT take MB w/ coffee. You should wait a minimum of 2 hrs after taking MB as coffee renders MB ineffective. Coffee is high in Phytic acid which bids to all kinds of things and one of those things is MB which then stops your body from utilizing it. I would encourage you to drop coffee altogether as it strips you of other beneficial nutrients n minerals as well but if you're not capable of doing so then 2 hrs is the recommended time, but others may require more as everyone's body metabolizes things differently.
However, you should take MB w/ filtered water and Ascorbic Acid (which also has the added benefit of neutralizing the blue in MB and it won't stain your mouth/tongue) and Ascorbic Acid also also improves the effectiveness of MB as well.
Hope that helps n you really start seeing the benefits of MB.
      Take care

After 4 years of an undiagnosed illness, I thought I would try MB. It was working. My head, and body, healed. People noticed the difference in me, even over the phone. But, I didn't pay attention to the dosage and went down hill again. I mentioned to my GP I tried MB and it worked, for a bit. He now thinks I am crazy. He referred me to a Psychiatrist. I still don't have a diagnosis, I am very ill again, so, I have just pulled out the MB from last time and will try work on my dosage this time. I just went up to 50 drops, but think that is too much. My brain isn't working, especially during a flare up like just now, still working it out. :)

Ok two things: (1) check purity testing for heavy metals. Real heavy metal free is expensive. MB requires infrared light or sun activation. (2) there are many other issues that can make you sick: mold, leaky gut, parasites, mycobacteria. Get a functional doctor in your area to test you and detox your body. Even by video appointment. Don’t fight this alone🙏🏻

The GP and Psychiatrist both now agree it seems that food is triggering my illness only in recent weeks. But, they have offered no further referrals or advice other than I might be better off seeing a private GP as they can do tests the NHS don't do. Thanks again for your reply :) 🙏

There was no information saying it's dangerous to mix these two and gabapentin is categorized as an anti-convulsant drug and MB has been studied for similiar effects. Obviously they seem to work completely differently. You can read about that. I would imagine it being safe, but I will also take small doses of it. @@ljeapersson3039 heart rate variability. There’s limited research on what’s considered optimal but general consensus is higher is better. It’s basically measuring the amount of time between parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous system phases. You would think you would only want to be parasympathetic all of the time but as you sleep you’re switching between the two and ultimately a high HRV can mean stress isn’t preventing you from spending time in each. It’s a bit nuanced and more data will come out. Only popular in the past 3-4 years.

Heart Rate Variability (HRV) refers to the variation in time between consecutive heartbeats. It is not the same as your heart rate, which simply counts how many times your heart beats per minute. Instead, HRV measures the irregularity or variability in the intervals between heartbeats. A higher HRV is generally associated with better cardiovascular health and adaptability to stress. 🌟

I wish you would have touched on using it for chronic UTI's in women. I'm 72 and suffered with these infections for decades. I'm now at the point of just starting to take doxycycline which the doctor said is the last prophylactic he can give. I guess the next step is for me to go to the ER. Once, when I was experiencing a UTI I tried OTC Methylene Blue by myself. I think I took 40 drops at a time. It didn't cure me and ended going back to the urologist. I asked my urologist about Methylene Blue and he just said "I don't recommend it". I'm just running out of options and looking for a CURE.

@@bartginger123 I've never tried Borax, but I've been taking Boron for years. I have tried Sovereign Silver and took it for several weeks. At this point in time and with so many UTI's I can't remember if I got another UTI while taking it. Tonight I started it again. I'll try anything. I'm going to order Uvu Ursi tea. After having a UTI a few months ago, a Homeopath from the Netherlands contacted me about my problem and she sent me a remedy called Tuberculin MK and I took one pellet as she told me. Shortly after that I got another UTI and more antibiotics. I think that was about Christmastime. She told me I could take another globule in 3 months. It just seems it's an endless cycle. I feel the antibiotics don't kill all the bacteria and they just become stronger and harder to kill. Thank you for your concern.
