Oh I love everything you do you make it so simple and you explain perfectly. My little tip for you is spray your aluminum foil before you put it on your baking dish. It makes a big difference then the cheese does not go all over your aluminum foil makes a big difference, keep making all the recipes you can. I’d love every one of them OK💗

What type of casserole dish do you use? I know that glass baking dishes that are refrigerated and placed into a hot oven crack and break. Since I had this happen to me years ago, I ALWAYS bring the pyrex or anchor hocking to room temperature before I place them in the oven. Thanks for all your wonderful recipes, videos and kindness. When you put the garlic in the pan, you make a little space and cook it for a minute in that space, is that because you are, releasing, the flavor first before mixing it in? I have seen you do this in other videos. I love your videos, so instructional, especially on releasing the different flavors of the food at different times. That has made a difference in my cooking.
