When comparing against Lin. Did u use Lin matrices?
@@stareck2374 when doing the A0/A1 Fiona vs A6 Lin? I only have x2 lin and x2 fenrir for limited matrices so that's what I put on Fiona (Its originally equipped on Lin).

I have a4 lin, a1 Alyss, and a2 meryl. That was my team before now i pull a0 fiona removed meryl on my team.
I am switching to volt, so please tell me fenrir coming or not and what should I do if she does'n't come out.
@@butterscotchgamer3908 Hi! Nemesis is coming to standard on 2.5 so when rubilia comes out the banners for re-run should be Tian Lang and Fenrir. If you're planning on switching to volt you should aim for atleast A1 fenrir though. 😉
She’s a big upgrade for my volt team. Before I had Fenrir, Lang and Nem. I pulled A6 Fiona with her 1 star four piece matrices and was finally able to touch boundless realm. Fiona volt is big peepee damage!
I did exactly the same
currently rocking a0 fiona instead of a4 nem / a4 fen / a6 lin, pushed me through a couple levels of bygone so that's cool
I said this in someone else's video, but, whether it's a bug or not, Torrential force does not proc Lin A6 stacks in slot 1. It only procs it in slot 2. Makes the rotation a little slower, but getting more Lin stacks is important.

I have Lin A3/ Lan A0/ Fiona A0. Not sure if that’s a great comp but definitely use Lan for shatter and seen damage improvement. It’s fluid for skill rotation too. Not as fast but I’m able to dish out my final damages and skills/discharge are back.
Mine is very similar to yours! I have Lin A3/Lan A1/Fiona A0. I think it's still a great comp because there's a lot of AoE damage along with shatter. Also, I am having fun with switching between discharges/skills frequently and killing mobs much faster :D

I know Cactus tests aren't the best, but when looking at my 1:30 parse on the cactus, my results were:
Fiona A3 w/4pc Fiona matrices, Alyss A3 w/4pc Claudia matrices and Icarus A3 w/2pc Lin+2pc Samir my damage was 75 million. My old team with the same two frost weapons plus A6 Lin was 60 million. I'd say that's a pretty big improvement. That's not including A3 execute from Fiona.
They're tests all the same so cactus parses are still valid. Matrices really do wonders for total damage output. Having 4 pc fiona must have sealed the deal.
@@TouchMeNot22 Yes, even at a0, Fiona matrices are very good. Fiona allowing Icarus to reset his skill constantly is huge.
@@Lyelat how to reset icarus skill? not the same with A1 Saki?
@@omnilothar Use Torrential Force as the second skill. Use Torrential Force when Icarus skill is on cooldown. Fiona discharge resets her second skill cooldown, so you just keep discharging into Fiona, and switching into Icarus and resetting his skill.
I am using A6 Lin + A4 anna + A3 Lan. A0 Fiona is down grade for me, but for sequential and wormhole, it is upgrade.
I'm running A1 Fiona, A1 Fenrir, A6 Zero as Benediction and Fiona, Fenrir, Lin for my solo content DPS.
Fiona is good under Benediction after all she is a support not DPS.

current comp : A6 fenrir, A6 lin , A6 crow. can't decide to pull A0 fiona/A1 fiona or save all my DC for Rubilia T.T
Same lineup as mine before I pulled fiona! As you can see from the video she was an upgrade for me even at A0. Having her added to my benediction comp is also a big plus for me since I play support sometimes. In the end decision is all up to you. We already got information for 2.5 coming on May 11th with Genono so Rubilia might come around end of May.

I wonder what the optimal rotation is for Fen, Fiona, Lin. I've seen Claudia, Fiona, Lin and the rotation is already very tight with no downtime. I assume Fen is only switched for skill spam as well.
Same here. I’m running that comp with fen atm and I find myself charging up really fast.
I generally go Lins field and Fiona’s 2 skill before setting up fenrir’s clone and use her claw skill + dodge attacks.
This pretty much is enough to charge weapons so I’ll go fiona discharge and fenrir discharge. Rinse and repeat while weaving in Lins field. But I have no idea if this is optimal 😂😅
Yeah, back when I was using volt resonance with Fenrir, Crow and Lin fenrir had like 70% uptime since I just spam dash attacks like crazy but this time with altered I just bring her out for skills and do 1 or 2 dash attack before switching back to either a lin or fiona discharge. I have A6 Lin so the rotation is more fluid.
Its kinda difficult to explain in text but here's what I do:
> Cast lin skill x2 along with fiona subskill
> Switch to Fen and use skill, dash attack for skill reset, skill again. 2 more dash attack. (just cast fiona subskill whenever it's up)
> Discharge into fiona, skill + sub skill then do dash attacks until you get enough charge.
> Discharge Lin (jump cancel) cast moonlight realm.
> Back to fenrir (skill should be up. Cast twice, wait until su-paw-star is up then just repeat from step 2.
This lineup is super reliant on energy gain so keeping track of how many Lin skills you have is important which is kind of hard to do when youre in the middle of a fight :/
lin skill, fenrir discharge, fenrir skill, fenrir skill again, fenrir dodge attack, fiona discharge, fiona skill 1 + 2, back to lin. That's what i've been doing

The bad thing about pairing Fiona with Lin as an altered team is that you'll lose a lot of shatter unless you have fenrir, or Lan for the third slot. Both of them evidently cannot shatter so you'll end up taking the ult of bosses everytime.
Yup but the pros also is great i was able to do 2k point on each sequential phantasm and 2.5k on ice so thats a win for me for the down side of shatter given upcoming simulacra may have high shatter like yulan on 3.0 given ice doesnt have shatterer since saki.
Her ult has a good shatter but u need to recharge it quickly

when you say Ult its discharge right?
You guys really hate the Standard SSRs, King or Huma for Flame, Meryl for Frost and Shiro for Physical = Shatter problems solved, Volt doesn't have sooo yeah well they have the most broken SSR anyways, Meryl and Huma though ruins the Resonance.
No point to pull her low adv if you already have Lin A6. Also a lot players have Lin matrices.
You can ignore that statement if you don’t have Lin and your are support/healer role.
Tried to pull for fiona coz of speculations, lol.. i have fiona A0 with 4pcs no star fiona matrices.. but still, i prefer to use my momma Lin A6 with 4pcs no star Lin matrices for my main team Anna and Lan. . Tooo late for me to realize.. hope i can still use fiona in the future. Hehehe

my fiona/lin/fen doing 15% more damage than my lin/tian/fen. well my tian is a0 and fiona a1.
Strictly on cactus damage, my A3 Tian, A6 Lin and A1 fen did ~51m damage, while my A1 Fiona, A6 Lin and A1 fen did ~60m damage for 1.5 min.
Both had the exact same matrices sets. I’m actually really surprised that the team with A1 fiona clocked more damage than A3 tian. Would be nice to have more input from others!
@@granitasnow now that's surprising since you have a3 tian, i got 10m difference as well with a0 tian from ~68m to ~79m (i have a3 fen and some limited matrices). guess fiona really provides more buff even tho fiona/lin/fen is a bit awkward/clunky to play in term of rotation.
I spent a few hours with the cactus and got a 15% damage boost from replacing A1 Tian with A1 Fiona too. Replacing A4 Lin with her instead yields pretty much same damage but at the cost of my health.
Fiona/Lin/Fen rotation could probably be improved as i can't quite figure out what to do at ~30 second mark, i gain too much charge right before i need to refresh Lin skill. And sadly, i can't just spam dodges anymore against real enemies so it's less safe to play.
For physical gunono comp, which matrices should I pull? 4 Fiona or 4 gunono?
I'm physical main and sometimes rainbow Fenrir's team too

Gunono's coming on May 11th but we still have no information about the stats of her matrices for global (not even leaks as beta for 2.5 isn't here yet) so I won't be able to give a sound advice for now. I'm sure maygi or kyrios will make some analysis for this though so let's just wait for now. 🤞

The only reason you think this is an upgrade is because you don't have Lin 4pc matrices.
My A4 Fiona 4 pc matrice doesn't come anywhere near my Lin A6 4 pc matrice. Huge downgrade.
Time spent in her animations would be taken away from my Fenrir skill spam and the DPS drops by almost HALF
Meanwhile with Lin you just TAP - TAP and back to fenrir.
I mean yeah, what I'm showcasing in this video is the altered comp and since I don't have 4pc Lin I can't really test that out so fair point. Fiona is generally better than Lin on most comps (even with both having 4pc matrices) but it can't be denied that there are some exceptions. Her beating A6 Lin still depends on the lineup where she replaces lin.
@@TouchMeNot22 I hope you get the 4pc for lin and test both of them out in boundless realm 10 boss. There you will see which one does more damage and is better for the team. In my case team with fiona is lagging behind by almost 1 and a half HP bars. That's about 40% slower which is huge. And my Fiona is A4 so well above A1.
@@RobertFierce too bad I just splurged on Fiona's matrices so I can't really pull for Lin's matrices even with the rerun coming. If I got in the 2.5 test servers then maybe I can test this out freely but even though I applied and was promised the position as an official CB Tester, I'm not getting any news or whatsoever even with 2.5 just around the corner so I'm not really expecting to get in at this point 💀

A6 Lin, A3 Fen, A3 Tian. Currently, A0 Fiona feels like a BIG downgrade, by almost 12-20% percent, so A1 wouldn't make up for that difference either.
I wish I could see gains from A0 Fiona like you. The only thing I could think of is that maybe my team is too invested into volt DAMAGE right now. Perhaps if I had better ATTACK gear, my Altered comp would be superior, like yours. Or would A6 Fen really make that big of a different from A3 Fen in that comp? I'm not sure. Feels like I'm going crazy because everyone else is loving Fiona. ..And this isn't even mentioning the loss of "free" dodges with Lin's volt realm.
From what I've read, I can say that I absolutely agree with your take that you've invested heavily on volt comp. Altered volt either goes with Fen or Tian as the 3rd weapon so you having both on A3 means you're in an awkward spot cuz swapping either of the two for A0 fiona would obviously lead to a huge dps loss and No having A6 Fen in your case wouldnt do much either, it's just a little bit of crit rate and stat boost after all. There's also the issue of losing the dash reset as you've mentioned (hell that took me a few minutes to get used to) This is purely speculation but I think the only time that it's going to be an upgrade for your team is when you get fiona A1 with x4 of her matrices.
