Are you using vortex as one of the sub skills? Having fiona on field while vortex is active gives it 30% more damage (If you're using her trait) so make sure not to miss out!
I do, but I just switch out to other weapons immediately so I can discharge on Fiona again. I will try staying for the duration of Vortex and see if I can reach 3k in non-phys sequential.
All SSRs are relevent, each offers their own role and does it as it should. The problem is that the newer SSRs like Fenrir, Fiona, Lan and Rubilia does their damage output too big with added utility outmatches the older SSRs to the point their role isn't the same as it should anymore. Like King's scythe needs to reduce that Basic attack hit lag cuz its a massive DPS lose and his skill should have less cooldown or at least a mechanic that resets the cooldown without outside buffs
The thing is while this might be a game it's also a business. Characters are their merchandise and when they release new products, they have to sell them better than the previous ones. Although the way that they're doing it is by giving weapons big damage gaps which, I agree, is kind of a bad example to follow but this is not rare in a gacha game. (Also, yes they should really buff or rework standard SSRs in the near future so they'll at least stay usable.) I love your take about all SSRs being relevant. Cheers~
This is for the Altered Physical comp right, and with the rotation of this line-up claudia won't have that much up time on field so it's better to just use buffer matrices on her (Claudia, Lin, Fiona, Haboela, Scylla etc.) either that or go with 4pc samir for a quick burst damage if you don't have any alternatives. x2 shiro/crow would be good for a weapon that stays on field for long periods.
I'm not a fan of your rotation on rainbow tbh. I wouldn't concern myself with grievous. You spend too much time to trigger it, ultimately leading to dps loss. It may be more useful in group content though, especially with a dps carry.

does it matter which slot you put torrential and vortex? or is it the same? i've been running altered clau with torrential force as 1st and vortex as 2nd. i always made sure to cast vortex before swapping for discharge on fiona. that's my reason behind it. just wanted to clarify if im missing something about skill slots positionings.
At the moment it does since Torrential being put on 1st skill have a bug where it doesn't count as a discharge like it should so it won't help in getting stacks for your A6 Lin. It works fine when it's put on as a sub-skill though.
im kinda thinking, about rubilai vs fenrir (not exactly in rainbow but just overall) and idk who should i pull. I have A1 lin and a0 fiona with 4p matrices. Claudia a5 (going defenitly for A6) and i just want to make 2nd team (probably rainbow). But i considered to duble altered, so i kinda don't know what to do
Rubilia is highly recommended to be paired with Fenrir. The meta comp with her is Fiona, Fenrir and Rubilia so if you're not really a volt main but still plan on picking between the two, I suggest going for A1 Fenrir. Getting her gives you more options on team building like: > Lin, Fenrir, Claudia > Fiona, Fenrir, Lin > Fiona, Fenrir, Claudia > Fiona, Fenrir, Nemesis

Tough question since I don't have Saki to do a comparison test and I cant find any Low advancement cactus parse with the team either. Pure speculation here but I think Lin, Saki, Fen would still be better since the rotation is more compact and the up time of skills is 100%
@@SirMitsuruji5 That's actually good progress with those advancements and no your meta frost comp would still be better. I have A3 saki A3 alyss and A1 icarus on my other account and I'm on 450. Can't jump due to cs issue so im not touching bygone there for now haha
When the animation for an ulti takes a bit long it's commonly canceled to avoid dps loss. (In Lin's case this is done in like 9/10 times cuz her discharge takes away a few seconds and it doesn't even deal that much damage.) Rotations are more tighter this way.
For whales and dolphins a big no. But for F2Ps and low spenders like me, she has her uses. I run rainbow team with Claudia on Void Abyss because of the rainbow buffs. There's a confirmed f2p player that reached Boundless Realm with Claudia, Gnonno and Fiona. Also, even for dolphin players running altered physical with her on Sequential Phantasm gives great results. Overall she is still mighty relevant. 😉

Interesting alter rotation. I usually use the discharge only on Fiona and switch out immediately to charge and prepare for the next discharge.

Why are you using x4 Samir matrices on Claudia? Why not x2 Samir + x2 Crow or x2 Shiro?

Why u use lin skill twice? Is it how it was supposed to be? Does the skill moonlight double its buff when put twice?
It doesn't double the atk buff given but each field have their own spawn rate of the exploding flowers so you'll deal more damage by casting it twice.

Rainbow fenrir saki and lin is , indeed, the best rainbow in abyss for example, rainbow without reset skill is a little copium to me

Just tried it and definitely Fiona's. 18% final dmg boost with no conditions and the additional buffs we get from the trait feels like a cheat.

@@SirMitsuruji5 it is. Minimum advancements required are A1 fenrir, A5 Claudia and A0 fiona so the team works fine even at low investment.

Any character pre fenrir is Trash and unplayable. Stop investing and don't even try to pull if they get rerun.
