- These are space efficient and effective designs for producing 7 unique materials within mindustry. Personally I use them all the time so I recommend learning how to build them to progress from a beginner within mindustry to a pro!

0:20 for late game you can use unloaders that save a LOT of space. So you can have more space for other stuff.
Use overflow gates instead of routers. Routers have an inventory so the items will take time to move unlike overflow gates :>
isnt it the same output, the thing is the conveyor also junction, junction can change for inverted sorter with no config

so, dude, I don't know if you're a beginner or not, but after you upgrade to grofit and silicon, try two intersections at the bottom, and two inverted sorters at the top, and connect graphite, silicon, or pyrotite to the sorter, preferably four, it will be both more compact and efficient.
There's an Even more Compact design now because of the new Overflow Update.

i hope there is a map or mod that loads you into the game so i dont have to watch the video over and over again but anyways, its a very helpful tutorial. Im new to the game.
The silicon row is kinda inefficient once you introduce more silicon smelters, but I would recommend the bridge design.
This one is a good start but yeah the bridge one is pretty good

What if we want silicon makers
Playing on mobile and still i still dont understand, how to move schematics. Like, i can copy&paste them, but cant even normally move it, i need to know how to move em.
P.s. I'm a newbie, but did campaign till all levels with medium difficulty and enemy bases, so yeah, ik how to play(for those, who want to show me my place, lol).
P.p.s. would be great to see other tips for mindustry. :)

How you collect slag from melter 😩 pls help
Use conduits liquid bridges/junctions or just place the thing you need the slag to go to next to the melter.
You know you could have exported the schematics and put a link to the files in the description tk mack it way easier
Idk about you, but when i tried the pyrate one with the silicon crusible, lets just say the silicon crusible didn't like my sacrifice.

Apologies for the cringe
1. The 4 multi press design has nowhere near enough. One full titanium belt of coal (10.5/s) doesn't even fuel two multi presses. (6/s each)
2. That first silicon smelter design is horrible. It's using zippers, which while expandable, require a lot of input to make it work effectively. It's not good whatsoever. Instead, the curated 7 silicon can be used, which is located in #curated-schematics of the official Mindustry discord server.
3. Due to how efficient kilns are, zippers aren't as much of a cardinal sin. However, there is a simple and cheaper 5 kiln (full titanium belt's worth of metaglass) located in #curated-schematics again.
4. For pyratite, all you will really need is 6 mixers. In that case, once again use the community pyratite 6 design. It's much more compact, as 16 whole TPPM (Tiles per Pyratite Mixer) is abhorrent. The community design only has about eight TPPM, twice as efficient and compact.
5. For surge alloy, just use the community 4 smelter design, once again in #curated-schematics. The bottom one isn't AS bad, but still not great, as the curated one has same-side inputs.
6. Don't use blue conduits unless you are transferring over 5*fps or tps liquid units per second. In most cases, regular ones suffice, as blue ones waste titanium. Additionally, each oil extractor only uses 9 water per second, and you're supplying 36 water per second to each side (as this is V5). In V7 the ratios are not as bad.
7. For phase, just use a 4 phase design. One where you place an airblast drill on sand, two water extractors next to it, and another airblast to the side of that, making sure each has adequate water. Then place an overdrive projector on top of the water extractors (so they form a line) and fill the remaining space in the 6 by 10 space with 4 phase weavers. Then just run underflows and conveyors up top, inputting thorium, and out comes phase fabric and any excess thorium.
TL;DR these suck. Use curated ones instead, located in #curated-schematics of the official Mindustry discord server.

@@markqua803 that's not going to help, since if you have a large input, the routers still distribute evenly to 2 sides, and if it does that, the further the factory goes, the less it would be efficient, remember, the router distributes things evenly

Someone had already made this model for surge alloy, I'm not saying that you copied
And the models for sill and metaglass are not the most compact for efficiency
I came up the the surge design as an original, no one else had made it at the time of producing the video as far as I'm aware. I made an updated video after v6 to show the better designs
is because I found this schematic Still in V5, but I was on a server, I don't know if someone copied yours, or if you invented something that already existed

You can just do the silicon for the phase weaver Bruh 😂
For phase u need 10 sand amd for silicon just 2 (i think) so if u use silicon design for phase, machine will not get enough sand and it will be much slower...

@@pogmasterlol864 That's still slow. It's better to just put the phase weaver beside an airblast drill on sand and just make the thorium go in the weavers. Junction isnt instant so what you said about using the silicon design on the phase weaver is just stoopid.

I try to make my own designs best as possible. However I do a lot of research and if there is one better than mine (happens often😓) I show it instead. It is true that I get inspiration/ideas from other mindustry players/youtubers better than me, which has significantly helped me learn and improve

In Mindustry, you'll find a lot of copies or inspirations because at the end of the day, noone wants to start from scratch where there are existing designs to use or improve upon.
