I've religiously been watching your videos. Because of covid I havent been able to go to any birthing classes. Your videos have been so informative and helped me so much with calling anxiety. Thank you ❤ my baby does a wiggle every time I watch your videos!
I'm due my first baby soon and aiming for an all natural water birth. I found that changing it to my 'birth preferences' helped a lot. When something is a plan and it doesn't go as you want you get disappointed, but it's easier to accept that sometimes what you would prefer can't always happen the way you want, so mentally it's easier to accept any changes.
@@elizabethirvin9954 are you actually serious? "Only 1500" sorry, not everyone has extra cash to just throw away on non necessities. Tf? Also, I had my son without a doula and was perfectly fine so 🤷🏻♀️
Hey, just wanting to say thank you for making these videos! I’m going to be a first time father real soon here (July 11th, 2019) so all your videos does really help me understand more of what’s going to happen! 💪🏽
About to start writing my own, for a planned home water birth, and this really helped give guidance on what to include. It’s been a lot easier for me to go “NOT this, unless needed” than it is to know what’s going to help me during the actual labor process. I didn’t even think of music/aromatherapy stuff!
Hi there lovely lady!! Im 37,4 weeks now, loving all your videos watching them every day, using all your tips!! Lately my partner and i have being thinking about what to do with placenta. And we really would like to hear what do you think/know about it... eating o encapsulate it are our options by now (of course just me will do it). Thank you sooo much for sharing all your knowledge and opinions!! You’re great!!
Thank you so much for your channel, Bridget! My husband and I are considering trying for a baby in the near future and I'm kind of doing all the research now already ('cause I'm intense like that :D). Your videos are helping me so much to really look forward to everything pregnancy- and birth-related. Please don't stop making videos - you've got a dedicated subscriber right here. Lots of love from Germany, Melanie
I think that's so incredible that you're doing the research now! More time should be spent on preparing for pregnancy, birth, and motherhood, so I'm glad you're doing your homework! If you have any questions, send them my way! I'd love to answer them for you! Also, my sister lives in Germany!
@@BridgetTeyler I can't believe I've only just got a notification from RUclips about these replies on here... 11 months later! 😱 Haha, I was talking about 'considering trying for a baby' back then - I'm actually 8 months pregnant now and our baby daughter is due in October. 🥰 Congratulations on your second pregnancy, Bridget! 😍❤️ Your kids are very lucky to have you as their mom!
I'm high risk and my OB suggests everyone make a birth plan. You just have to keep in mind that things might not go exactly as you have planned, but whoever delivers your baby will try to stick to your plan if possible.
In stead of thinking if yourself as high risk, think high responsibility! You need to take even more responsibility for your birth and how to have the best outcome possible. So I would say it's even more important for you to make a birth plan! Do it soon and go over it with your provider and changes can be made if you choose.

Partner tearing the umbilical cord with his teeth made me LOL! But then, knowing a lot of crunchy people, wondering if this is an actual thing? 🤣😳
🤣
I can't afford/don't know where or how to get a doula so your videos have been tremendously helpful. Thank you! 🖤
Completely agree!!!
Yesssssss to this
A doula is only like 1500. So if u cant afford a doula idk mom.

More men need to show interest in birthing and what their partner and child will go through. Kudos to you sir. You're a good man.
Congratulations!! 🎉😁

I was so set on just " I want an epidural this time" before watching you! Im gonna strive to go no epidural but be completely open as well.
Why?
Hi, I was clicking through the birth plan links and only the first one worked. Do you have any updated options you recommend?
My only plan would be for an EPIDURAL!
love love love all of your videos! Thanks for posting!
Hi love all your videos. Can i write in my birth plan no to Episiotomy?
Yes! And many providers try their best to not give you an episiotomy
Love your videos! Thank you for sharing all your tips and tricks!
Of course! I love giving them!

If I don't want certain people there, can I put that in my birth plan?
1000%! Many nurses would be more than happy to kick people out for you. No-one should be there that you don’t want to be there!
Can I make a birth plan if I'm high risk ?

Hey mammas?? What about daddies 😢😊
I think she's just trying to connect to her majority audience. Realistically, how many dads are searching out doulas on RUclips?
