man i love this video seriers but the commercial part is just ridiculous 🤣The Ibanez Iceman is the only Ibanez guitar that has ever interested me because System of a Down have always played them! the harley benton quality issue you are talking about is real so lets wait what we really get for 500€ after the release since this is a very high price for a HB guitar and you can get the Harley Benton Amarok-6 for the same amount of money, that thing is worth every cent imo! cheers 🎸

We love slim taper in the Shires Andy.
Seriously hoping that the software is accessible or will be accessible to assistive technology, such as screen readers for the blind. Being blind myself, this would be a perfect solution, but for the accessibility concerns.
So excited Ibanez are looking at the Iceman again. Last regular model went out of production in 2018 I think? The 7 string was cool, but I'm not a 7 string player. I do have the silverburst Sam Totman model but the trem on it is just pure garbage I would feel bad selling it off to someone else for them to struggle with. I want Ibanez to focus more on their own shapes, their products page has 9 different Strat models, one Tele, and just 3 of their own shapes.
Its sad that Andy slanders the 60s taper profile in this way. Us skinny neck people have to wait years and years to get maybe one or two models that dont feel like a split log!
FACTS.
All Gibsons come with complementary rasp and industrial sander so you can custom-fit the profile. Music stores just don’t display all the case candy on the shop floor anymore. 😂

Go for the Explorer! I love everything about them, except the bridge height (inescapable on Gibsons).
This guitar leg stand look promising! Is it available in Europe by any chance?
I would love a version of that Tom Delonge style Strat for around 400 too. At that price I'd love to get one and put a PAF style humbucker in it!❤

An Explorer with dots looks cheap? I don't recall ever seeing an Explorer with anything other than dot inlays. I am aware that the Explorer Custom and Explorer Pro have block inlays, but I've never seen one IRL. I'll admit that blocks look better, but it seems that dots are the norm. I do agree about the slim taper neck. I prefer a thicker neck.

“With dots, they look cheap.” This is my problem with oh so many V and EX results at Gibson. Trapezoid? Blocks? Where have you gone? Over $2000 WITH DOTS!???
And 60’s slim taper neck profile is MY favorite!!!

My ONLY concern with the Tonemaster is the durability and lifespan of the touchscreen. Other than that I will absolutely be getting one.

Fender knows how ti build things that’ll last for decades. What a weird thing to be worried about. If cell phones last years, the Tonemaster screen will last decades.
Not a fan of Sig copies to be honest. But If they are going to do it, they might as well go all in. Let’s get a Randy Rhoads copy, dimebag copy, zakk Wylde copy and so on. Are those off limits? Maybe the delonge is just easier to do.
Tbh I think most modellers are sketchy on dirt pedals.
The Tone master pro cab looks not as cool as the Sunn version that will likely be about the same thing but way cooler since Sunn.

I would not pick up either of the Gibson's cause if I can't afford something no point touching it of I dropped or nicked it on something I'd never be able to pay for it.

Personally, I will never, ever buy another Gibson. They are the most overrated brand in the guitar business by some considerable margin.
But you should only pick a V over an Explorer if you can actually play it sitting down without moaning, like a real.
Leave it to Gibson to get the fundamentals fundamentally wrong. Good job, guys! Every guitar player wants the sticky glossy where the fingers go and no glossy where there is actual wood to protect. I will definitely pick original over good. You keep on innovatin and we keep on buying. NOT
