Omg…. I decided to up the intensity and use 3lb dumbells with all the moves-I’m dripping sweat and definitely warmed up for my upper body weight day 💀🔥

very good.. easily got my heart rate up into the 130's and kept it there! I have made a discovery .. instead of bouncing on my feet - which makes my knees angry, I bounce in my shoulders and torso, keeps the intensity up!
