Hi, great tutorial. Can you please make a tutorial demonstrating how to add stat variation to different characters? Such as Manny has 100 health but Quinn has 150 health and rev has 200 health ect. Someone told me to look into creating different pawndata for each different "character" but how do you switch to a different pawndata asset? I am looking to use Lyra to make a game similar to Overwatch where characters have different special abilities, weapons, stats and such. With a character select screen. BTW I have watched your other video showing how to create the character select screen. Just need to be able to select a different pawndata asset by the Player's Character Selection Index. But cannot figure it out. Please help. Thanks.
How do you fix the pistol offset on the female character. Until that is solved I wouldn't quite say that we have added character variation successfully. I am really keen on seeing how you solve that! Thank you very much!
can't remember from the top of my head but there is somewhere that allows you to change the pivot points for each weapon allowing you to tweak this. This tutorial is literally to show you how to create character variation not how to position weapons etc
HI thank you on the video, really helps. How should i set it up that the teams have separate characters? For example i have a black uniform team with few characters and a white uniform team. Now i have all the same color characters and in combat it is quite hard to determine which is enemy and which is friend. When i add the different color uniform characters they load in random, so how to separate teams? Thanks in advance! Great job! cheers
Thanks! Helpful.
Thanks for the video! Any chance you know how to fix the gun placement issue at 4:16?
From memory somewhere there is a file related to each gun and in that has the position X,Y,Z coordinates that you can adjust to fit your characters
@@joedickenson3d Thanks very much for the reply
@@TheosResearchDiary but did it work or did you just say thank you for the reply?
@@kasperlarsson7598 hey I didn't have enough info to fix it... was just saying thanks. If you figure it out please report back!

Did you ever solve this? I have been trying to figure this out for months.
You should get the team reference in the PickCharacter component and add two selects like in the video
@@FelipedPaulaSantos Could you possibly show how this would look in blueprints? I'm willing to $
