    Saw that some time ago in the "36th chamber of Shaolin". There was an iron weight at the end of the stick and the hero San De had to strike a gong bell!😅

    This only strengthens the muscles that pull the wrist in that one direction. It's not a complete forearm program.

      U can use cangkul stick.. If u dont know what cangkul is..u can google
