Here is my how to win friends and influence people summary. The book How To Win Friends and Influence people is by Dale Carnagie, and it's one of the best books I've read.
The advice is practical and can help you to get anyone to like you fast. Once you've implemented the tips, it's really quite easy. I hope you've enjoyed my summary for how to win friends and influence people.
Summary -
1. Don't criticise uneccesarily
2. Appreciate genuinely.
3. Arouse eager want.
4. Genuinely interested in people and what they have to say
5. Smile more
6. Take their names.
7. Encourage them to talk about themselves and their interests/problems.
8. Make them feel important, sincerely.

What book is it?
People only speaks about themself... they are not listening when you are speaking, they always interupt you to speak about themself. You say something then the person says 'ohh it remember me when I blablabla....'
A lot of people think that I have great conversation and likes me.... all I do is to speak about other people deep interest. But the more experience I have in social skills, the less I like human interactions... it's always the same shit, "what do you do"; "why do you do that", "how it feels to do", "if you had another choice, what would you do". Give some compliment, validations. And people can speaks for hours and hours.
