If you tell yourself you are worth it, that you are great, and you take other peoples complements to heart instead of shrugging them off, then you will gain confidence. Will Jenks no, you shouldn't care about compliments because that means you're insecure and need reassurance about yourself. The only thing a compliment is good for to a very confident man is a social cue.

But when you said you have to rely on others validations that shows weakness, and also if you rely on others validations too hard it will hit a critical strike future, when someone criticises you. And also you can't just say yourself that you are great, ur concious mind will block, your subconscious mind always seeks validations from others to see if ur belief is true.

Caius So is riding a bike for the first time you know..When you ride a bike for the first time in your life,you get scared of things that might happen to you, fear comes in to your mind...the only way to learn is to do it, it is just a matter of facing those fears, sure you may fail (crash,get wounds or scars) but because of those failures you learn, you become less scared of riding a bike,heck you even enjoy it.. try and remember the first time you rode a bike,and if you havent yet, try remember something you were scared of at first but now you enjoy doing.. Like the video said All skill are learned through trying, by doing it, it is never easy,never, even for me, but you will be able to learn and it helps a lot.

For example, I'm worried I won't get a good job recommendation because I might not be as likeable as I should be.
