The problem is you burn out like that. It’s an obsessive personality. It’s great for success. Not so great for self care and being kind to yourself. People like this are always their own worst critics and have impossible standards for themselves.
Exactly. I'm a perfectionist too, but I've learned that if you focus all your energy on one thing and don't take care of yourself, it's only a matter of time before you inevitably self-destruct. Your own wellbeing should always come first.
you dont let food to rot out of negligence, its compulsion. I stay miles away from home, and for 3 months I came back home with provision for remote work. But believe me I rarely, I sat with my family for lunch and dinner. I try but I can't. We all fight since childhood, especially if you are lower middle class with no cars, not a big house, fight for grades, go to a good grad school, only to feed ourselves first. But trust me, there are way too many goddamn responsibilities to be dealt with. Fights on.
@@nickhumph and i forgot to acknowledge your concern on the first place. my apologies. also keeping in mind what you said its important to know that its upon us to take care of ourselves, and if you are a man specifically.
I will never forget when a friend in high school shared this song called Bromance by Tim Bergling. The melodies in this song gave me the feels. Tim turned into Avicii and his first bbc radio 1 mix he did I was pumping every time I went to the gym (I just started going!). Levels will forever be a peak song of that teenagehood. When I later saw him live in Greece, he had a great great energy .. man. RIP Tim! Your legacy will live on.
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤God help us to see danger behinde exposing the truth. Avici started that fight .....today we see some exposure. 2 his friends gone also. 3 of them are Heroes.
I think Tims mentaly problems was from Autism. He did not like a lot of people and he was very anxious before he was going up on stage. He had to drink alcohol before every gig. And then he got Pancreatitis. Its a dancerous illness and he got it two or three times. Making music was his thing and biggest interest. Its common when you have Autism.
I see a lot of my mental health in Tim. He was an amazing human being, and the world was just too much.
Went to his musuem in Stockholm "Avicii experience".... I left with teary eyes, my soul was moved
Wow I didn’t know he had a museum? That’s crazy but he’s a man who deserves that kind of legacy

It wasn’t focus. It was anxiety. His entire aura screams severe anxiety and he also made it clear himself.
