There's two types of DJ's a graduation/wedding DJ and a DJ who plays at big venues and clubs. A producer can also do those things, but what makes it different is the authenticity by mixing and remixing it live rather than in the studio.

Unless you suffer from severe anxiety like Tim did, it’s impossible to fully understand the deep pain he was suffering. I think he just got tired of fighting. I remember falling head over heels for "Wake me up" when it came out in 2013, just like everyone else. But I only really started becoming aware of Avicii and his music in 2015. That's when I started listening to what else he had. After 2015 I was truly infatuated. And here's the strange part of my story. When I'd already started worshipping him in true fangirl fashion and added a bunch of his songs to my playlist - only then did I finally connect Avicii with "Seek Bromance". Since it was released under the alias "Tim Berg", I never really added up 2+2. Then in 2015 I stumbled upon "Seek Bromance", looked at the artist name, and suddenly my brain went like "click". "Oh yeah, Avicii's real name is Tim Bergling, and this song was made by Tim Berg... Wow, how the fuck did I miss that??".
He will always be in my heart. He helpped me through my depression when I was younger. Wake me up kept me happy through those years. Rest in peace the legend. I love you Avicii
