They were pretty sneaky! You couldn't really point it out, IMO.
Great video! You can use a spoon to scrape off the skin on the ginger really easily, I just learned that from Alton brown 😂

Red lentil curry is one of my favorite meals. I make it regularly. However I use 🥦🥦🥦 instead. Yum! 🤤💚🌱

Just wondering what the parsnip adds, and I’m going to use chili powder instead of fresh chili, I have a green romanesco for the cauliflower :)
It adds a bit of a spicy/earthy flavor to it. You could probably leave it out. But I would recommend keeping it in there. It's a unique addition to the flavor!
