Victorinox airboss are a great line of watch . Yes that red 24hr marker is a Victorinox thing. I own 2 airboss 241720 and 241507 great watches.

its because in military we say time like 22-30 for 10:30 p.m.. so its easy to read it right and be percise in communication.

how did you get the l2l measurement? others are saying 52mm, which makes no sense to me. 49mm looks right but I'd like to be sure

I’m looking to buy this. Basically everything I want as a pilot but a better price point to me vs Breitling. I love the slide tule. It doesn’t clutter but has the functionality of a Navitimer

Yeah they do, they apparently have a factory full of watchmakers who assemble these.

With the red on the crystal they or the owner could swap out the crystal and get rid if it. It's a simple analog compute not a slide rule; obsolete. Pilots use a calculator...
