I am also sitting here with a silly grin on my face … and such peace in my heart. I truly love all of your adventures and so appreciate you doing all the hard work to share them with us. You are an expert at your craft … I am magically transported to wherever you are each and every time. The information you provide, and the humor that comes along with it, is the best. I look forward to your episodes covering your adventures to Logroño … as I am finally getting to do a Camino myself … The Frances from SJPdP to Santiago in mid August. I am beyond excited. Btw … I talk about your blog so much, my husband refers to you as my “Camino Boyfriend”. 😊. I figured I could share with you as we are in our 60’s. 😎
I'm sitting here with a stupid grin on my face! Oh the memories of SJPP! Thank you Efrén for the amazing series. Looking forward to this year's adventures!
Thank you so much for the donation. I'm so glad you enjoyed the series. I'm training for Annapurna and Everest Basecamp as I write this and I can't wait to head over yo the Himalayas. Life long dream
YOU ! …YOU are the trail angel , Efren !!So many Thanks for a gorgeous , informative and spiritual ride across France ! Your pictorial ending bought tears to my eyes . You are the best ! Keep on keeping on !🌄
All good things must come to an end, but without endings we would have no fresh beginnings! Efrén, mi amigo, my heart is overflowing with gratitude to you for shooting this vlog for us all. It is without a doubt, some of your very best work. What a gift you have given us with your amazing talent, your time, your effort, and your inspirational positive vibes. ¡Muchas gracias! Here's to the next adventure!
Thwnk you do much my friend. You are too kind. I hope you enjoyed seeing your patch on my backpack. Little Easter 🐣. Thwnk you for suggesting the via podiensis, thwnk you for the Pilgrim Passports and thank you for your support.
Sitting in the last stamp albergue in Santiago watching you enter SJPDP was a nice end to my Camino. I love the videos and advice, keep doing what you're doing
This last one made me so excited as I am leaving for my first Camino The Frances August 2022, From SJPDP to Santiago! Thank you Efren! Now I am hoping I can do this one next year!
Efren, Thank you, Thank you! Doing the Podiensis and French at once, You brought me back to the Chemin. As a Catholic priests, I had to be cheap: eating light, staying in communal gites, and carrying my backpack. In 59 days I only spend $1800. You will be surprised that I flew from Louisville, KY - Ft. Lauderdale - London- Lyon, back A Coruna - Lisbon - Newark -Louisville ($945.00). I prayed so hard that the director of the Speed Museum in Louisville (now at the Norton Museum in West Palm Beach) sponsored me, only with one condition: to start from LePuy and visit his home town Conques. I see that people sponsor you, how may I?
I'm glad you enjoyed the videos David. wow congrats $1,800 for 59 days is an achievement. my viewers sponsor me in different ways: Memberships, PayPal donations, and or purchasing merchandise. The links are all on every vlog's descriptions.
By the way, I made an international friend during my two weeks on the Podiensis and she told me she watched this series before leaving, too! You help so many pilgrims feel prepared and inspired
LOVE YOUR VIDEOS SO MUCH! I'm on the via podiensis in France right now (Rodamadour variant). I watched your beginning videos before I left and I will watch the rest of your Podiensis videos when I get home. NGL i kind of hate seeing drones in real life but the footage you capture is so stunning and honestly better than my own on the ground perspective could be sometimes so I love to see the gorgeous aerial views that you share.
Wow, you really treated yourself on the rest day. lol Good for you!!! :) Congratulations "again" on returning to the beginning. I feel like I need to re-watching your 2017 Camino Frances videos again. Take care and be safe out there.
Thanks for posting. My wife and her friend are soon departing to take on this walk. The information you have provided in these series of videos has been great. Thanks so much 🙏
I think this is your best vlog series yet - well may the Primitive as a close second, although I've just started watching your Norte series...its all so good! I absolutely loved watching you walk the Via Podiensis. Thank you for getting me through a cold, wet and now stormy February. Greetings from the UK!
Inspirational Efran. For me, well I felt the excitement of arriving a Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port as I did on first arriving in the city of Santiago de Compostela and again in Oviado a while back. A wonderful journey I'll follow shortly starting in Geneva to Le Puy-en-Velay and then in your footsteps to Santiago.
Yep, your end Efrén was (like most others too) my begining! The Via Podiensis GR65 was a Magical Camino and I have enjoyed it imensely and have got to know you, I reckon pretty well. Thank you for this one and I shall be following you of course through to Logroño! Fantastic footage, fantastic Drone footage with professional editing and audio with it. So it just leaves me to say ¡Buen Camino y Salud! 👣🌞😎
