Here I was sitting here a little bummed because COVID-19 is keeping me from my mom again this Christmas, and I was wishing for another Efren Podiensis video, and this popped up! Best Solstice gift ever. These little villages you walk through are so charming, and I can't get enough of that early morning mist hanging everywhere.
This is shaping up to be one of your best vlog series ever (and you've done a few since heading out from SJPDP in April 2017)! Thanks for taking us on the journey.
Hello, Efren, i’m sold on this Camino now. I don’t know how much I’ll Remember of this, so i’ll have to watch it again before each stage. I hope I get to do that.
What great shots! Especially the opening - I loved that. The fisherman in the still river was especially good. And I laughed at the "high winds" sign. This is wonderful, Efren! You just keep getting better and better.
You would have loved the Cele variant, even more beautiful and bonus, a cave. It is the last cave with pre-historique paintings that is still open to the public. Love the drone shot, brings a different perspective to the cities
Efrén, it just keeps on getting better! I’m really loving this Camino through France & the French Countrside, absolutely magnifique, topped off with your Drone footage it is an absolute dream! ¡Buen Camino y Salud! 👣🍷👍😎
This leg seems to be in the 'Parc naturel régional et Géoparc des Causses' according to the map I look at, so maybe that explains the calm and desolation. Tomorrow is probably the same until Cahors, if the regional park provides similar conditions? I am really enjoying the different stages, and the variations (and challenges) they give you. Good timing with the rain on today's stage.
Really wonderful series, as practically all of your videos! Any chance of you starting at the Danish/German border one day, following the Via Scandinavica and Luther way, then the "Pfälzer Jakobsweg" across Germany, before joining one of the French Caminos?
The fig trees were my breakfast in the mornings!!! Thank you for using ""Chocolatines"! Kool, I stayed at same Gite!

hang in there we'll get through this sooner or later. as a rule of thumb early morning fog equals afternoon heat.

Thank you Beet. That was my original plan but just didn't have the time. One day I'll walk from Germany to Le Puy.
Possibly you saw less hikers/pilgrims because between Figeac and Cahors there is an alternative route along the Cele river valley..
I like your water bottle with the purifier in the top. What is the name of it, and where did you get it? Thanks
