Love this!! I have been waiting on this video. I planted some more pepper seeds yesterday. I love spring! I love when things outside start growing and start to get life again.
Tessie I'm going to do this I have your seeds and I will be planting them using this method. I'm going to dollar tree today to look for those cover ups. Yesterday I cleaned up my yard had a lot of leaves and debris cleaned out a few pots getting ready to plant again. I'm going to get a few tomato plants this year as well as herbs. It sure is looking like spring here lots of things are poking through grass is greener though still a little chilly. I have little yellow flowers and snow drops growing nicely and some buds are coming up. I also cleaned up the garage reorganized a bit so I can find things I need. It's going to be a great year and I can't wait to get started to be out doors again soak up the sun and sit back and enjoy the warm weather watching the birds and enjoying the fruits of my labor. I still have the seeds I got from you two years ago I'll plant those as well. I'm looking forward to seeing more projects from you. I'm excited to see more planting videos and seeing what grows. I'll be making more videos too of my yard and of my projects I'll be working on I'm excited about that as well. I want to share more of my collections and what I am doing with them too. When we get a rotisserie chicken from Costco or Sam's, I save the containers, they are great for their own little green house, they gave a colored bottom with a clear top. I did this last year as well and put all videos in cards in this video .it is amazing to see the plants in the bowls go into the ground all i do is flip them over and you have a mound of herbs .! Yes I will keep a weekly update
Tessie...I grow lots of herbs, make tinctures and concoctions and such. I don't grow or brew with arnica. Be sure to know exact medicinal strengths of this if you decide to use it. I do purchase arnica in the tube and use it sparingly on a bad shoulder, but leave the preparation strengths of arnica to the professionals. Just my thoughts.
I planted my herb seeds this weekend. I actually forgot the envelope of seeds you sent to me.....shame shame....lol. I did plant cilantro, basil, lemon balm, lemon grass, oregano, yarrow, and chamomile. I will be planting the mix you sent this weekend..... God bless you Sis! You are awesome!

you have such a gift with this. Despite my studying your videos, saving tons of seed from last year, etc., I struggle so, to grasp these concepts of gardening. I feel frozen in fear to start this year. It just doesn't come natural to me. I pray The LORD gives me wisdom and understanding, so that I can tackle this and be successful.
I just started my flower and herb garden, today after watching your video. I tried to be frugal, and use what we had so I planted all my seeds in insulated cups that I had punched drainage holes in, covered with plastic wrap and secured with a rubber band. My 13 year old and I had a lot of fun doing this on a warm, sunny day. They are all placed in my window sills with the exception of one batch of sage seeds which I took a plastic ice cream tub with a lid, and broadcast the sage seeds in that. I've never started anything from seed before so this will be a first! I followed all of your other steps and hoping things will germinate. Not sure if I should punch holes in the ice cream tub or not. It should get nice and warm with the lid attached though!

Hi Tessie👋🏾 I have started growing green onions on my counter and they are doing really well. I have them in water only which is great for me. Today I started Romaine lettuce in water. I don’t know if it could remain in water the whole time if it could that’ll be great too. What I want to know is if you’ll mind doing a video for growing vegetable inside and the type of soil to use. I saw the one you used but I’m curious of different kinds. Do you ever use the farmers almanac? My neighbors use the farmers almanac a lot and plant by the signs as they call it. I've never understood the signs. Head, bowls, feet ect. ....no one has ever explained them to me. But the old timers down here won't do anything except by the signs.

if you do it this way and have good sunlight it will work but you need strong sunlight

If there is no holes just make sure you do not over water that is what I do!

Hi Tessie👋🏾 I have started growing green onions on my counter and they are doing really well. I have them in water only which is great for me. Today I started Romaine lettuce in water. I don’t know if it could remain in water the whole time if it could that’ll be great too. What I want to know is if you’ll mind doing a video for growing vegetable inside and the type of soil to use. I saw the one you used but I’m curious of different kinds. I’m really curious and excited for my little crops.👏🏾I will be trying this method for my green bell pepper seeds I’ve dried myself.😁 thank you💜

I'm going to try this because I spent money on organic seeds. The only thing was the basil, only four seedlings. Really disappointed.
Love you Tessie! Question: Can seeds for veggies be done same way? I am a " Newbie" to gardening. Want to try container gardening as I have a bad back, cannot bend much. Carrots, tomatoes, peppers?
Yes and as soon as you see second set of leaves need to plant in individual pots I will show it in a week !

Ginny you can try it .they may not flower but I would try it and have it in the sunniest window you can !

Tessie can you buy large jar of say salsa or peaches and water bath can them in smaller jars?
Yes for the salsa ! as to peaches you can try .they may be soggy

Do you ever use the farmers almanac? My neighbors use the farmers almanac a lot and plant by the signs as they call it. I've never understood the signs. Head, bowls, feet ect. ....no one has ever explained them to me. But the old timers down here won't do anything except by the signs.
