I started working a back in 2001 at the age of 16. For the first 20 years of my professional life I've heard countless bosses tell someone to quit if they don't like the job. About 5 or so year ago I started to notice employees doing exactly that. Just leave and find a new job. Apparently bosses really hate when you call their bluff. It reminds them that they aren't really all that important to their employees. That means they loose all leverage when trying to bully the workers. Times are changing, and they don't like it
