There's a novel too, also by John Russo. I was curious to see the quality of his writing.

Oh interesting. Yeah I'd be curious to see how it is in comparison.

It reads like a pulp splatter book. If memory serves there’s a bit of a higher body count in the book.

Thanks! I have a quick question as I know you watch most of my reviews. Do you prefer the ones with movie clips or without? I know I used to do them more before. Just wondering if you think the video is better overall with them.

@@nightmarecollective happy to answer. I think that its better with clips, especially if the viewer hasn't seen the film that you're reviewing. It gives the viewer an idea of what the films look and vibe are.

@dgulag3733 Cool thanks. That's what I was thinking. I'll definitely continue to do it then. Thanks for the feedback. Always trying to make the best videos I can.

You say that you've owned this movie for a couple of years, but never got around to watching it. 1) How can you own a movie for that long and not watch it? Whenever i buy or download a movie, i make it my first priority above everything else to watch it. 2) If you had no intent on watching it right away, why did you even buy it in the first place? I don't mean to offend, it's just i don't understand.

I understand what you are saying. I do that most of the time. However I travel and shop at a lot of 2nd hand movie shops. So sometimes I come across movies I am interested in watching that are in good condition or has a nice slipcover. I will usually pick it up because it is something I'm interested in. However life happens and sometimes it gets put in the collection and i honestly forget about it. This is also why I'm covering the films I'm covering. I'm working my way through my back log of films. No offense. It's a logical question. Haha. Hope that answers your questions.

I really got a kick out of this one. I used to rent it a lot back on VHS before finding a used copy at a flea market one day. Years later I was even willing to pluck down the money for that blu-ray. Never did see the sequel but I did read the book it was based on.

Nice! I ordered the DVD of the sequel yesterday. So we will see how it is. Seems like a very different movie. So I'm curious.
