I love all 3 Basket Case films. I love all of Henenlotter's films, in fact. Stylistically, he's one of my favorites. Great Review !

The original is still my favorite.Thats the one that,to me,has the perfect ratio of horror to comedy and in fact of all Henonlotter’s films it has the best horror to comedy ratio(my opinion,of course). It also has an unidentfiable(at least I can’t identify it) aura that I think makes it the most nightmare-like and grindhouse-esque of all his films.I’d love to see him make more films, but I doubt that’ll happen.
