      @@selen7138 One thing you might not like about Hawaii is the prices for things. I am so jealous of bloggers buying high quality things in Turkey for really good prices but I have to remember people in Turkey get paid differently so it may not be a good price for them. I think Turkey is an underrated country and deserves more attention for tourist destinations. I’ve seen videos and it parts of Istanbul reminds me of a mix of San Francisco and Venice.

    • @selen7138
      @selen7138 3 года назад

      @@jon6309 What i believe is if they want you to pay a lot for something in a new place you are visiting, its usually not the real experience of the destination but more like an artificial money-door. And yes, Turkey is affected so much by the inflation but still it ,apparently, depends on the person.
      And about the impression of my country, you are absolutely right. Especially, showing Turkey as an arabic country is the biggest mistake you can ever make. We are way different and not consist of only Blue Mosque or Capadoccia. There are many- and complicated- reasons that causes these consequences(such as, yoghurt is Turkish;) ) but at the end of the day, whoever visits here would agree with the idea of Turkey being different and impressive on its own.

      @@786MDL1 Try to use public transportation; metro, tram, bus, ferry...
      if you have to use a taxi, tell them where you want to go and ask how much does it cost before jumping in and if you suspect that price is too high just don't get in that taxi and find another one and ask him :) I mean there is a taximeter in every taxi that measures the cost but any taxi driver can gues the price, so if he say something too high just suspect that he might be a scammer.

      I believe it's a scam. One vlogger experienced that, someone will invite you for drinks once you agreed he will brought you to different bars. Once you ordered your drink, the accomplices will arrive and order their drinks on your name. Once you realized that , they'll aggressively harass you to pay the bill. They usually ask $1,000.

    • @seycanoz6462
      @seycanoz6462 5 лет назад

      Yes it is, from the Blue mosque you can go easily to taksim Square by tram or to other atractions in Istanbul. What i recommend to you is to plan your trip day by day, because it's a very huge city and it is not so easy to do things in one day cause of traffic and distance. And also what i recommend is buy a museum card, many of the museums are for free then, like topkapi palace.
