    I liked the POV from behind you on day two. It gave me a better perspective on the work you do! My second favorite is the aerial view. You can see the clumps being torn out. So neat.

    And the observation beaver slaps his tail in frustration while shouting the dam demon is too fast again. They are setting their traps for you, so be careful. Take Roberta on a nice bike ride. Good job. You actually had to work a little on this one.

    Have you tried digging out the side of the dam with the most water and then digging out the back side to get a better collapse? I really enjoy your videos so keep up with the good work!

      On the high side, the beavers create the deepest part of the pond just before the dam, by pushing mud from the bottom of the pond onto the dam to make it watertight and to weigh down the branches. So usually it's chest deep or deeper, there, before the dam is removed and the water drained back.

    Here we see beavers that pick a spot to make a dam and keep making a dam there. These beavers get hassled.

    You might consider looking into getting a beekeepers jacket. I believe they are lighter weight than a hoody but obviously will protect you from the bugs. Another great. job!

    I'm watching you thinking about that has to be so hot. Then I pulled up my weather and the heat index is is 36 degrees.

    When I worked for the Forest Service out of Lolo Hot Springs they dragged a white sheet over the grass and bushes, then they showed me all the ticks.

    interesting water colour. heaps of mud & water. when it's hot & u start sweating lots, time to rest as u don't wanna pass out or get heat stroke. make sutr u have water nearby to replace wot u r loosing. stay safe. u don't wanna be cought ouy by a storm

    I see you have another very big one with a lot of water, you need to ware some lighter weight material clothing before you get heat stroke long sleeves but thinner and lighter material ,Do you know the signs of heat stroke and what to do ,with you being alone and all

    I have taken thiamine (vitamin B-1) nearly all of my life (I'm nearly 71) to keep biting insects away). 100mg once per day should work well for you. It works for a little over 80% of people. Your appetite may increase a little, and your pee will be a darker yellow; it's how it's passed out of your body. It's also VERY hard to overdose on B vitamins. It might help you . . .

    I don't like this whole "collapse' way to clear. It's painful to watch you scared and jumping back like it was going to explode. Just clear the dams out like you used to do - more authentic - and the water goes all the same.
