- I do not encourage anyone to enter culverts, unclog anything, or enter flooded areas as it can easily become deadly without the proper training
I unclog drains for fun in my spare time (I have been trained in culvert inspections for years with private co.) and I am osha trained.
Exploring anything abandoned can be dangerous or deadly without experience. I don't encourage anyone to enter any abandoned structures. Not only is safety a concern, but often times its illegal, and when possible I seek out permission from the owner or local police. I simply go to document its history before it's gone forever and I leave things the way I find them. I only take pictures and only leave footprints. I assume all the risks and responsibility before doing this. Please don't attempt to do this on your own. There could be nails, asbestos, falling concrete, soft floors, animals, or other hazards. Thanks for watching.

Thank you!

looks like it is time to get a saws-all down to that thirsty tree pipe better to cut out that side and let the water and debris go by
No, YOU have a great day
Should start at the bottom of the clod because once you have more water come through it will start taking more of the clod with it
that thirsty tree unblock was awesome
One of the best ever
Very satisfying to watch.
I second that!
A very rare reverse unclogging.
Thirsty tree got to drink from the firehose!
I personally prefer the theory that you don't make that noise for camera alignment, but rather to assert your dominance over the culverts
And the beavers
Yeah, it's definitely a battle cry for the next conflict with the Beaver Nation.
It's all good to me I see it were it helps keep up the fun stuff 👍
Reminds me of the whale from Finding Dory using his sonar. So maybe he's checking for clogs?🤷♂️
The “thirsty tree” culvert unclog was the best! 👏🏻👏🏻
But why are these videos so freaking relaxing?!? I’m honestly obsessed. Whenever I feel stressed, I watch this channel & instantly the relaxation hits. This man is doing God’s work. Unclogging drains & culverts, driving on scary roads, and healing over stimulated brains one culvert at a time. ❤
He has a very relaxing tone to his voice. 👋
I agree. His voice is very relaxed and soothing. Even when he gets super excited when a clog breaks free. I think it is the genuineness of his personality and passion for what he is doing.
@MinneemeSaoirse ya u can tell he likes nature and isn't fake. It's genuine
Yes, it’s very satisfying watching nature.
that thirsty tree unclog was the best!
Thank you Post 10. The thirsty tree culvert was amazing.
Love watching the hungry tree x
This is my favorite location of all of your uncloggings. Thirsty tree, pulling plugs, etc. Thanks for posting!
Mrs Post doing some nice camera work. Good job on unclogging it.
Is that who he's with?
He got married?
Loved the thirsty tree unclog. Nice one.
So glad you have a partner helping you out.
I loved this unblocking 😊 The thirsty tree clog and unclogging was epic! Thank you Post10 ❤
I've seen you go after the thirsty tree many times before but I think that was the best and the most open you've gotten it.
Midwest Magic Cleaning sent me here... He LOVES your channel and has been a very loyal follower for years! He'd LOVE you to find his channel....
Ultra satisfying, the thirsty tree culvert and the way undersized & damaged intake pipe. Thank you Post and Mrs Post
Thirsty tree is absolutely my favorite clearing ... Thanks for all your efforts
Such an awesome video! The thirsty tree was super unique and I loved the waterfall steps being revealed as the water receded.
32:43 was by far the best moment in this video! SO SATISFYING!
When I was a kid I used to go looking for lost golf balls at my local course. It was very satisfying and I went into the zone while I was searching. I get the feeling you are kinda in the zone too as you unclog pipes. It's cool. Always do you.
This is fantastic! It's like an unclogging compilation! I found you during the pandemic and have keep watching ever since. If I were on your local DOT, I would hire you to do this full time.
They would never hire him because he would call out their bs and short cuts to cut cost instead of quality. 😥
@@DianaMaloy-ve1uz Very valid point.
The good old thirsty tree culvert, and wow, what a flow!
Justwhat I needed today. Stuck in bed sick and this was a good alternate for going outside today.
Feel better soon! Meanwhile, permission given to bingewatch Post10 - and everything else you like!
(I always feel less guilty if someone tells me it's OK. 😁😁😁)
@@bkitteh6295seconded, in case OP needs a second opinion.
Hope you feel better soon x
Holy crap! That thirsty tree part was AMAZING!
The Thirsty Tree never disappoints! Thanks for that!
People downstream see gush of water coming towards them saying "Post 10 is back in town". Great video as always Post!
50:42 so cool seeing the sudden gush from the entrance end 👍🏻
That big spurt was astonishing! You jumped back like Dr. Pimple Popper. lol One of the best ever uncloggings! It's always nice to visit our old friend, Thirsty Tree. Thanks. Be careful.
Always love a good ole fashion culvert unclogging video!
This thirsty tree was the best unclogging. Awesome. With love from South Africa 🇿🇦😘
The thirsty tree unclog exit was Epic 😮
This video and the last 2 video's have just been amazing. I do love the excess Beaver Pond removals they are great but for me today's Thirsty Tree unclogging is by far the best video.
Awesome unblock at the thirsty tree culvert
32:45. Yessss!
Another great video indeed.
Thanks so much, Post 10!
Stay safe out there.
PS: Over the yrs I've never seen you unclog the thirsty tree pipe when it was so clogged!
What pressure! Great job!
WOW, the "thirsty tree" one...at 31:37 you can see the plunging effect from you pushing on the blockage at the discharge end making ripples in the pool at the feed end! Always something new on your videos! :)
"Thirsty Tree" was 100% the most accurate title for that one!
The pressure waves on the other side of the thirsty tree culvert were amazing!
Thank you both for sharing your exploits, enjoyed watching the thirsty tree, take care x
Thirsty Tree was super fun this year!
Great video. Loved the force at the thirty tree. So many leaves.
Thirsty tree pipe was THE best!
I enjoy the long videos. God Bless 🙏🙏
I have been a huge fan of yours for years now ever since the street unclogging and the big lake drain vids.. and i just love the work you do to keep roads safe and culverts clear to do their job. Keep up the great work. I hope this comment was interesting and have a great day.
Glad to see you got the little 3 prong rake. That's what I use when I irrigate. It's easier to use inside pipes and isn't so heavy when loaded with debris. I'm a 68 year old fat lady and can't take too much. Really enjoy watching you.
I always called it a potato rake.
I always called it a potato rake.
Awesome and amazing video. Hitting our favorite spot. Ending with our favorite smallest crumpled culvert. The coolest rocks steps ever. Pretty surprised you had to dig so long cuz being there alot of times. I can't wait to see all the upgrades of the DOT. Cheers man. 💪👍👊👊🪵
31:58 amazing unclog!!!
Gush, gush, gush. Somehow a very pleasing sound.
I got to say the blast from that thirsty tree culvert was pretty cool. Plus, afterwards seeing it had gone down pretty good. Yea, I can see a 12 inch culvert won't do good with the pile of residue that was around. They need to get some nice size ones. Well great video, really enjoyed it.
Excellent job again by both parties - thank you very much for your effort. Entertaining and informative, what more could you ask for. May you live long and prosper.
The people who replace these pipes install what the state has for the funds and to get extravation out there to clear all the crap that goes in those pipes. They should thank you for clearing out those pipes, I enjoy watching your videos, keep them coming I also like scenery with the little mossy waterfalls.
You're truly a good person, man. The world could definitely use more selfless type people like yourself. This is one reason why I continue to watch your videos. You're genuine.
Amazing to see the water in the ditch go up and down with you pushing on the end of the thirsty tree. ❤ i think the DoT just loves watching your videos, hence they put in too small pipes for you to unclog.
The thirsty tree has really grown since some of your earlier videos!
I don't get your obsession with cleaning out culverts. But, I do not get my obsession with watching you clean culverts! 🤣 There is something oddly satisfying about it! You're performing a valuable service, so thank you! 👍👍
Spring melt -- Postie's favourite time of year! Very interesting as always.
The “thirsty tree” pipe could be “fixed” in about 15 min and a battery powered sawzall. Take about 6-8” off the exit end of pipe. You don’t need to take out the entire diameter of the pipe, just remove the top of the pipe. Sawzall would also be handy to trim off excavator damage when found.
Another great video!
outstanding suggestion sir.
Except it would be criminal.
@@1582881Because Post 10 doesn't own the pipes?
@@1582881 Why? If fixing a damaged pipe would be criminal then clearing blockages would also be criminal.
@@1582881 Why? If removing a damaged section of pipe is criminal then so would removing blockages.
4 in the morning. Germany. A new video upload. I'm watching
Definately one of my favourites - the thirsty tree!!!! legend
The thirsty tree culvert had me most excited! I remember watching one of your other videos unclogging the culverts around the thirsty tree just a few days ago
INCREDIBLE!! WOW!!
Love seeing it blast through. 👍👍
The thirst has been quenched! 👍
The unclogging with the blast from the pipe was just awesome!
That thirsty tree exit was stopped up like a bear's butt in winter time. Good job! A lot of fun to watch. You're excitement was cool.
Good safety gear. With great power comes great responsibility. 👍
After a hectic week, plus rushy my doggy to the vet on Wednesday, this video is a welcome relaxation. Thanks, Post! 🫶
Great day for unclogging! Nice work on the thirsty tree culvert.
Solid work, Post. It’s always nice to see you revisit the thirsty tree culvert. 😊✌️
P.S. I hope you make a short video of that unclogging!
I'm a long time fan it's so satisfying to see you unclog these drains keep up the good work my friend😊
@4:21 - "that got criss-crossed..." That made me JUMP! JUMP!
Daddy mac'll make ya? 😅
Part two! That is what I have been waiting for.
Wow amazing. Love the thirsty tree❤️
Great one! That must have been a blast😊
I love seeing places you’ve visited in previous videos, and have names for them. 🤗 I remember Thirsty Tree!
I admire all the good work this man does. But I also have to say I am envious of his amount of free time.
A nice, long unclogging video. Yay! 😍 Just what I needed tonight. Thank you! 😊
WOW this might actually be my favorite videos of yours yet! I was holding my breath watching you using the rake to "plunge" the culvert!
Nice work Post 10 - the Thirsty Tree culvert unclogging was magnificent! Loved it! ☺
Beautiful land! It would be nice living in that area.
Best video ever! Pt.1&2!
often a reason why they don't put in larger pipes, is because they want to maintain the ditch bottom elevation, if they use a bigger pipe, they want to keep the invert elevation the same, but that in-turn requires the elevation of the road to be built up to protect the pipe. That ends up costing more. So the logic is likely based on cost. Bigger pipe costs more, and the actual material required to protect that pipe would also cost quite a bit more vs. smaller that fits, doesn't require adjusting road too much, but likely can only handle certain volumes of water without problems.
Alternatively, they could go and adjust the elevations of the ditches/regrade them to bring that culvert elevation deeper, which would likely also put deeper ditches on the approach to the culvert. That's a solution to lower the design invert elevation, but again, lots of work to touch up the ditches, and maybe someone for some reason wants the road/ditch profile to be as small as possible.
thirsty tree unclog was really cool never seen a leaf clog like that
Thanks for the video Post10. It's really cool watching you work!!!
Robert is a great kid and just wants privacy with anonymity he loves doing what he does he loves making content for US and himself.this dude is a legend already, just imagine by he gets older solid nice guy

Holyyyyyy that thirsty tree unclogging was great!
Nice job ! Thanks Post 10.
I am happy to see the thirsty tree once again 😃 i hope they don't cut it.
Lived in Austin TX my whole life, have seen snow less than 10 times in my entire 24 yr old life. It’s crazy that there is still snow up where you are
This is unironically my favorite channel on the entire website.
Great video! Looking forward to more to come. Cool seeing a fellow Mainer doing good work
another day another awesome culvert unclog
when i see you make the culvert videos it always seem as if you love your job and have fun doin it
Great way to keep forested areas damp Post, Great job!
I have watched this video at least 10 times. I love the longer videos. As soon as i am done im already looking for your next one.
The famous thirsty tree I love it. I will be sad when DOT will fix it….llooll
The last time you visited the "thirsty tree", I already was thinking that I would take a battery powered angle grinder to the metal pipe and cut the entire visible side away for better flow. 😎
Part 2 was great !!
I'm glad you're wench helped in Pt 1.
👮♂️🚔
The recap feature toward the end was the frosting on the cake. Thanks for another great show.
