the sliding parts reminds me of Vanquish while the kicking parts reminds me of Bulletstorm. Man, this is going to be epic.
The song is called "Just Like You Imagined" by Nine Inch Nails. It also appeared in the trailer for the movie "300".

Funny how Alcataraz talks more in this trailer than he did in the full game :D
So many memories with Crysis 2 , loved playing it on the Xbox 360 👏👏👏 loved the menu theme from Hans Zimmer, used to sit and listen to it for so long 🎶
@technolord432 The song is by Nine Inch Nails, it's called "Just Like You Imagined" from their 1999 album The Fragile, so it's been around for much longer than that, but yes, the song did appear in the trailer for 300.
I like how it looks like a Nanosuit advertisment than a Crysis 2 trailer.

You got me wrong there, I meant the graphics are so damn good computers won't be able to handle it on max settings till at least 5 years after crysis 2's release.
Well this is totally amazing grraphics, but remember that trailers often are edited and adjusted afterwards, so the actual gameplay might not look this good. But I'm really looking forward to it :)
Any trailer that is supported by that soudtrack (from 300) makes it epic ^^

@Kage6415 Yeah it'll come with a HDMI connector and I have a HDMI cord (obviously lol) By the way it's a i7-960 4x 3.20GHz CPU. (Not a i5 2x in case that's what you were thinking.) And the graphics card is NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 Ti - 1GB - PALIT Sonic - Core: 900MHz Graphics Card to be exact.
That's the way to do a sequel; take the good features from the first one and then add some more of them.

@darkerego I meant that the hardware is old. I don't think anyone can deny that some of the prettiest games out today are on consoles.
But you don't actually have to upgrade your PC every year. If you want console performance just buy a 50 dollar video card and never upgrade, and even then it would still be faster than a console. But obviously PC games are addicted with increasing resolutions and frame rates which is why some like to upgrade more frequently than others.
Sounds like we'll be playing as Nomad again. These aliens are going down!

@Zillerz3 Agreed. Most games nowadays run slow om pc because they are just tweaked ports from consoles. Crysis 2 will indeed run faster than expected because of all the work put into the pc version.

@Markunator You're not stopping us from playing on the PC. You're stopping developers from making games that involve challenges & innovation which also require you to think because your hardware is the lowest common denominator. I'm a PC fan-boy (I'll admit it) because games for the PC are the best they can possibly be if the game being made is gearing towards the PC audience as well as consoles. I don't have a thing against consoles but when they fuck with my games, then I do have a problem.

Actually, Pc's typically get nearly every game, its rare that a developer doesn't go multi-platform, since it limits their income potential.
@TheGlendom I know 'persons' is the correct word to use on signs ect, however clearly the word he should have used was people. My point is valid.
@alonalon777 Might also be because it's not as "open" as the first one, so there's not as much information to process and textures to rez.
I usually don't care about graphics but these are orgasmic.

First i had my doubts about buying this game, although i loved crysis1.
But after seeing this trailer i will buy it, maybe even on my ps3...
@Zillerz3 Well I'm waiting on my computer to be shipped out. 3.20GHz CPU with 12GB RAM and a GeForce GTX 560 Ti graphics card. From what I hear it'll be able to play it fairly nicely. Either way though, I think I might stick with my PS3 and my 32" 720p Vizio.

@Whitewolf2x4 Racing games for PC.... The Full PC Steering wheel and pedal set up is amazing. The only games consoles are good with are sports games.

@shane1615 but isn't really expensive to build and upgrade your pc? Don't you have to constantly buy more graphics cards and get more gigs of ram to play these games at their full potential?
i hope u can modify your weapons,like in crysis 1,and maybe they can improve it with more tools..silencers grenade launchers etc
@durrhurrable Have you forgot about Multiplayer? i'm not talking about just move pin point and shoot, i talk about gameplay features, call of doody has perks ranks classes its the RPG-Shooter stereotype while crysis may be compared to Counter strike point and shoot (i don't think it has classes ,ranks,perks,killstreaks or whatever it has) and you tell me of a multitude of ways to eliminate foes? Don't think that only crysis got em :) COD too you can do all sorts of crazy things

i used to have a computer....that was before i tried to run crysis 2 on it
Man this is just the console version. Imagine this fucker running on a Dell U2711 screen and SLI'd 580's or Crossfired 5970s. Shit will be bonerrific. Best of all, the gameplay looks really fun. Never got to play the first Crysis, but it always looked wacky as hell with all the suit shenanigans. This looks even better.

Since this game is made for all 3 major systems, and not ported heres how its going to go
xbox 360 = lowest graphics detail and lower frame rates, but still very good looking
ps3 = best graphics and frame rates for a console, no 360 code ported, all ps3 code and graphics.
pc = best graphics, best frame rates, best gameplay (if you have a gaming pc of course, if you own a oem pc, well ur out of luck)
