The problem with this guy is that he doesn't give any specific examples. She asked "tell me about a time where you..." and the guy answered with "I think it is important to...". He consistantly uses filler words like "ummm".
for me is to difficult to speack in englesh because i am native romanian woman, i dont was never in England or other country for work, now i think is ready to go in other country but, for me is so important to talk very good in this lingua , i like to comunicate with people and i want to have any word at my disposition, to diversificate our word in comunication.
The interviewer's background is distracting and she doesn't really seem to be listening to him (I think she is - but I doubt she wouldn't be looking at him [i.e. the camera] in real life).

I like his technique. Saying "sure" is giving him a few more seconds thinking time. Might need to remember that for my Skype interview.
