Ivar's laughter is pure joy.
All of you have to be the strongest, healthiest people I’ve ever seen. From the little kids to grandma and grandpa. No need for a gym membership for you at Christmas. This is what our bodies were created to do.
Yes that's because of all the protein they get. Plus the nutrition from the vegetables and berries. Smart people listen to their bodies. Their bodies tell them how much to eat. You activity level just like mine needs yo increase
When i switched to an ancestral diet i also looked so much healthier. Im overweight but when i do work like this i get really fit... Far above average.

Loved Dolly’s expression when you asked her to “eat sparingly!” Wonderful to see you all with family. A gathering time is important, especially for young Ivar; not to mention a much needed get-away before the heavy snow set in. As much we all love the first snow fall, it is a lot of work when it comes to getting the farm work done. Ivar is such delight! It seems he gets such a kick out of the most simplest of joys in life. You've been managing a lot as you said in your video and not under the best circumstances. Everything needing your attention at once and doing it all while you were sick. Life goes this way sometimes. It can be very discouraging but as tired as you are you seem to be coping well. I always admire your strength and perseverance. Thank you for your honestly and authenticity. Life isn’t always easy, especially when dealing with illness, unexpected chores and stress. But your life is beautiful and you are hard workers. Try to reduce the chores you do to a minimum for some time to regain your strength. We too always get sick when life is stressful. It is the budy‘s way of saying no, to reclaim the rest it needs. ❤

I live in Finland in Rovaniemi but there is much more snow than here. It is lot of work about the snow. I understand now how busy you have had. I like so much your videos and see your life. It´s december and hope you can rest and enjoy a little before the Christmas. 🎄🎄

Our weather in my part of Alaska seems to mirror yours. Our first snowfall came early November also. It has warmed up this past week, and it has melted some, but now it is icey. Take time to rest, it's hard to do when there seems to be so much to do. As always it's such a treat when your video comes out, thank you for sharing.

Despite being Spanish, I feel very close to Swedish culture (I'm even trying to learn the language, very nice but very difficult!!! hahaha) I really believe that my soul is more Scandinavian than Latin. So take the time to enjoy our achievement’s and build on those successes. Every step you make will contribute to your character and make you better people. Love your video stores. And you both do well with your English translations so don’t beat yourselves up about that.
I know the exhaustion you are feeling. In retrospect, it's a GOOD exhaustion. It means you have accomplished much and can enjoy the fruits of your labor. Take some time to appreciate how far you've come. You're supplying many more calories for your family, than you used to with rabbits. You have also accomplished a lot, on the house, this year too. Much respect and well wishes.
Life is a struggle. I look at Nature and how hard wild creatures work every day just for food, water and shelter. Humans are no different but many have lost touch with being self reliant. You are an inspiration. I hope you get some much needed rest and time for reflection. Love to all of you.❤

Hard times, but well done. Your videos are always interesting. I wondered whether the cold food store is not suitable for hanging your meat. Or are the temperatures only suitable for dairy produce? I have begun dry-curing/hanging wild boar belly for bacon. There is quite an art to meat preserving. I look forward to learning a little more from your videos. Stay well.

I must say I could not watch the steers having been slaughtered. And wondered if that young lad of yours.. even tho you raise him as you do, they are living breathing pet creatures I suspect was difficult for him! Anxiety and stress will play its toll!! And with season changes, it tends to make us more vulnerable physically. Re your tractor, a great investment, I don’t think there are bad choices .. we make choices based on many factors . I love that you enjoy such a community of family and friends and neighbours as your need arises. I celebrate you and your way of honouring your hearts desires with all the needs living as you do I’ve watched your videos from the beginning and look forward to them always. Ive been watching long before he was born. I broke my back and was in bed for two years. Your videos kept me going. I was so depressed. That was so long ago now. Massey Ferguson tractors from that era are quite tough; I am glad that you found one. My dad has a 63 model and it is still going strong, although he has tinkered with it for years to keep it operational.
