Thanks for the video! I have heard this style faucet is susceptible to low flow issues, but my problem was a filter screen at the water hose connection. I was able to disassemble just the filter part, soak in CLR and reassemble. Problem solved.
I don’t know what I am doing wrong but I can’t get mines to open after using the Allen key and unscrew it. The handle won’t come off???? Do you know why?
I have a similar faucet. Loosened the screws which came out but still in the hole somewhere. I’m unable to live the handle up even though the screw is completely out.
Thanks for this dude! Let me find out my regulator on one faucet was busted causing a splash out from high pressure. AND that the other had a crap ton of sediment, causing the faucet to dribble water out.
We have the same one with the same issue. Wonder what the purpose/significance of that o ring is other than creating this issue? Pulled mine and we have great water pressure that actually gets hot now. Thanks man
3:13 Wait! What? Did you say "You see this piece there? I fixed it and now it works."??? Really? Thanks for the 'repair' video. Now I know... PS: So basically, you made a video to tell the world you had a faucet problem but thank God you fixed it. Congratulation...
I’m not a faucet pro, but I’d suspect it should have a similar mechanism on the top or under side of the faucet. If you figure anything out, feel free to share here in the comments for others with the same problem.
I just received this faucet but the instruction were for faucets with two handles. Can't find the instructions anywhere online, let me know if you still have them.
Just discovered mine has been slowly leaking under the sink. I’m not sure if it’s because the water settles on the top. Tried tightening everything, still leaks Ughh
Installed same one 3-1/2 months ago and had the same issue ! Didn’t find build up but I did remove the small blk rubber seal it flowed perfectly again ... was the seal important to keep in faucet ?
I hope not! I think it’s just there to restrict water flow. It seems like it gets deformed out dislodged soon after first use. I made this fix 6 months ago and haven’t had any issues.
What if the water pressure is ridiculously high on a single handle faucet? Of course it’s my child’s bathroom so their is constantly puddles of water on the vanity top. I tried using silicone behind the back of the handle so it could not be lifted up all the way no and that did not work...LOL.
I used a jewelers flat head screwdriver (real tiny) I think you could use a guitar pick or a toothpick if you’ve got one around. Would probably let you get under the little cover.
@@keithtramper2426 I ended up having to get a new faucet sent. I had both my father and father in law try to loosen it with no luck. Not sure what the deal was but the new one works wonderfully lol thank you for your tips tho!
Putting a vice grip on any faucet part takes away any credibility you may have had, trying to fix your faucet. They make wrenches for that brass fitting you're putting a vice grip on.
Wouldn’t claim to have any credibility, just found a way to solve a common issue that no one else shared. I’d be happy to update the video if you’d like to share a link to the wrench specific to this fitting.
Quick comment not a complaint as I did it wrong for years too. Channel Locks and Vice Grips can work in both directions, However if you were to flip yours over, they actually grip better as the jaws and teeth will dig in easier.
Just thrilled there’s a video out there. Thanks for doing this for us. Gonna try it out.
Worked like a charm. You saved me some big headaches. Thank you!
This worked and fixed my problem with a different brand/style of waterfall sink. Very useful quick guide.
You saved me a few hundred bucks! Thank you!!
Thank you very I have that problem and I was about to replace the foucet now I don't have to anymore I appreciate that

California mandated that faucets have flow limiters to conserve water.
@@madcityscott Exactly right. They are in shower heads as well. Completely remove the restrictor…not needed.
Thanks a lot Keith
Can I just leave out the little black piece that has gunk?

That piece comes out..just pull it up and clean it off.
Thank you
I have the same faucet but separate hot and cold taps. Same problem with low pressure. Do you have any idea how I would fix this problem? Thank you.

Turn down the valves under the sink that control the water to the faucet
I dont really know how I find this video, but is good to know thoses kind of stuff. I will buy an waterfall faucet. ty
How did you get the black ring loose to access the gold nut under the handle? I cannot seem to get it loose

That means the equipment is no ...holes will just clog up again....
Stick to the standard taps
