Spontaneous improvisation after 4 years of struggles...
I restrict myself to keep it simple enough but not trivial any more.
More secondary dominants and diminished runs and block chords will help but it takes time... I'm just trying to be slightly above complete shit level.

My guy, even though you don't feel like it, you can play. But you gotta stop judging yourself while you're playing. Practice is for judging, playing is for enjoying the notes that come out.
