That's a good question. For the intro and 1st verse, it's not necessary to press down on the A string (because you won't be playing it). However, it's good practice to form the full Em shape (i.e. pressing down on the A and D strings) because you'll be using it while strumming the 2nd verse.
Sooooo I need some help I placed my capo in the same spot as you but when I place my hands in the same position in let's say Em position my guitar plays terrible but makes a weird noise when I pluck the string or won't play it at all and I'm not pressing on it at all

It shows you the fingerings on the strings in the diagram on the upper right hand side, read it as the first string is the one closest to you, and the line at the top as where the stopper thing is. I hope this helps! Apparently the chord Bm is wrong... don't quote me on that. (P.S I'm a beginner too ) :)

I heard a lot of people saying to substitute the Bm for B11, but I looked up what the chord is and literally every B11 chord is different. What is the B11 chord????
The number is the fret your fingers are supposed to be playing (after the capo), there's a mistake and the G string shouldn't be played like the numbers on the Em chord. You can see how the chords should look in the upper right hand corner, the thick line at the top is where the stopper is and the string on the left side is the one closest to you . The numbers at the bottom just show which string to pick at what time. Hope it helps.
I think that's just a mistake on his part, he plays it correctly, but the on screen notes are wrong. If it's copy pasted between the parts then he might not have noticed the mistake.

Btw if anyone is wondering why the Bchord sounds different it’s because she plays B11 not Bminor other than that it’s all spot on
When I play it with a B11 it sounds wrong, so no, probably not a B11. She plays an Eb7, which with the capo is just a B7.
