@@chancedunn8542 I just used a few starting videos from Andy Guitar to understand reading chords and the bare basics for 2 days(about 1 hr of practice maybe 2) After that I just started learning songs, chords as I like!(mainly shawn james as theres similarities, but others too) I think if you just learn doing what you like, but make sure its challenging, you'll enjoy it more&stick to it! Just make sure you practice every day, or you start taking steps back! Then you get frustrated because you cant do what you previously could.

It's standard, but I think it might help if you tune the guitar after you've placed your capo on the 4th fret. The tuning is then (form high to low) ab, eb, b, gb, db, Ab
