I owned a D4 for a few years, took it to some pretty sketchy places - only got properly stuck once, but even managed to get out of that by myself. The standard tyres were ridiculous, totally let the car down actually, but a switch from Pirellis to Coopers sorted most of the lack of traction out. Excellent video, great to see all the generations out together. I'm not a JLR diehard, but that was impressive - thanks
Nice one! Thankyou glad you enjoyed it we all had great fun on such a technical trail! We are the first to have all 5 discos together and driven how they should be! Enjoy the channel! 👌
Cheers mark! Was a great day out everyone enjoyed and fair play to the guys with there vehicles not shy taking them Up spicy hill as one false move of the line will get body damage for sure! Credit to all drivers! 👌👌😁
I remember watching carwows video on that Disco 5 at tixover. The owner said it weighs over 3 tonne so no surprise it struggled. And that disco 2 is triple locked so will basically go anywhere 😂
Great video - had a D1, D2, D2, D2, D4, D4 only the D1 ever went off road, wish I had the time to do some more - much too worried about scratching my car - hopefully I'll get over it. Wonderfully viewing though - keep the great work and if you break them you can hop over and see how Christian and Vera fix them.
Gotta love the land rovers haha!! It was so good to have all 5 generations out no winches allowed just see how the drivers and the technology of the vehicles sort it all out!! 👌
Hey Justin, that was a great video indeed! My favourite was the D3 just seemed so much better and bit of underdog as not many people give the D3 credit! Mostly down to reliability 😂 but hell it did everything well!! The d4/d5 very smart motors fair play for the lads bringing them Out and not being shy using them!! 👌
@ALL_4_WHEELS Yea lots of money in d4 and d5 your passion shines through Adam .you should do a video on your background you no your stuff would be interesting to find out .Great line up of vehicles and an awesome for those involved 👏 👍
@@ALL_4_WHEELS Would be fairly easy to do, get some local lads together, could also do something over zoom or something too, record it and stick it online. Maybe just a nice 10 - 15 minute vid
@ALL_4_WHEELS my D3 is fabulous, got it 2011 and still going strong, I am in Australia and it has been on Fraser island many times. Rock sliders, bullbar with winch, plus Llams kits
Great video mate. I have to say I’m biased because I owned a D2. And look at the video, they can even shed weight and disrobe when they need to. Awesome 👍😂❤
Yes I forgot the D3 was on coils ,The D4 was also impressive. Not many green lanes here in Essex ,but can't complain I have a pay and play day monthly ,ten minutes drive away with Rochford & District 4x4 club
Full credit to Paul hes build on the D5 is crazy everything you see on that is he’s own design! And he’s not shy to use it! He’s been on some mega lanes in Devon! I think We nailed and made a cracker of a video!! 😜👍👍
Well I’m not sure but for me it was great to have all 5 discos and all just get out there see what there vehicles could do! I think the D3 did really well very unusual to see one on springs though??🤔🤔
@@ALL_4_WHEELS ah, it's perfect! 18in rims with proper-sized tires. Just about all you need to go anywhere without extreme. I used to run oversized wheels on a puckup truck and while offroad capability was marginally better there were too many problems on the road and overstressed suspension wear. And love the idea of magnetic body protection! Cheers to the owner!
Cheers Ian! Glad you enjoyed it! We had so much fun and were the first to film a full generation of discos!! This channel is really awesome great bunch of guys just doing what we love doing!!!
does disco 5 have better articulation than 3 and 4?? I know they have similar suspension designs, but 5 seemed to lift the nose less, perhaps upgrades to cross linked air suspensions or electronics controlling those?
Yes full credit to paul! He’s designed all the underbody protection and all bar work and everything else that’s on the D5! He’s not a shy driver too I’ve seen his Devon videos and those lanes can get pretty nasty down that way! But what an epic line up D1-D5 was so good to watch and spicy lane is really steep super tight and narrow! Great effort by everyone!! 🔥🔥
Any of the D3 or D4 owners tried the Llams ride height kits? I have D3 with the kit and when on trails that need a little more clearance, especially sand, it has saved me..
I’ve never heard of that kit before? I thought the D3,D4 have an extra setting to go to highest setting..i will see the guy with the D4 soon he’s done some mods to that I think see if he’s got that kit on he’s D4.
@ALL_4_WHEELS the kit also overrides the speed limit when on off-road height, useful on some sand tracks with raised centres, I also find it useful when hitching the off-road caravan, that also has air suspension.
I own a 2008 Discovery 3 SE V8 with air suspension and terrain response, with that said I would never go to coil springs, the purpose of the Disco 3 is to have the air suspension in my opinion and I'm not a fan of diesel engines made by Ford. Have 101K miles on it, and with it's sometimes pain in the butt gremlins, I love the truck! Cheers 🍻 🇺🇸
Hey great to have fans from American! Hope you enjoy the channel!! A D3 should be left as it is but o think He had problems with the airbags so converted it to springs gained a lot of height from doing that and the D3 did pretty well???..👍
My boss has a discover 3 and theyve installed an SRT v10 it spunds incredible only god knows where he managed to obtain that engine. It took him almost 2 years in his spare time to instal is . 🏴🍻🇺🇸
Interesting comparison - the D4 and D5 drivers were obviously a bit nervous about impacting the terrain - understandable - and the differences in types and driver skill made a big difference. On the terrain used then the vehicles would not really struggle - We used to have a D5 (It was hers) and I took it off road - I was quite impressed with it - especially as I was under strict instructions not to dant it or create too many paint marks (She has no sense of adventure). We got rid of the D5 when we started getting too many problems with the engine - it's second one - it weas the schhol run car so had to be relied upon. I still have my TD5 D2 though - he is going nowhere....Morocco is calling again. What I would like to see is a fair test - all the same tyres, nothing on the roof, all the same driver, mixed terrain - so what this was, plus nice mud, perhaps ice too, but I would also include a Discovery Sport 4x4 as well - they are surprisingly good off road as they do not have thew weight.
It was really difficult finding a full set of disco’s don’t know if I’ll be able to do it again but will be good to see stock vehicles going up against each other this video was just about having 5 generations of disco together was a good trip and everyone loved it!! Glad you managed to take your D5 out on the trails!! Didn’t realise they had engine problems too very problematic the newer tech stuff!!
D5 seems to be a bit hamstrung by all the stuff on the roof and hanging off the back. Ok for crossing the Darien Gap but surely un-necessary on a welsh green lane? Anyway as most have said, D4 was the pinnacle of the lot and in my opinion cannot currently be bested. I used to have a D4, but for the past couple of years now a new Defender which whilst still highly capable, just has too many compromises compared to D4.
Cheers buddy, that D5 was packing a load of weight!! 3.1 tonnes I think! Was a great day out and good to see 5 generations together on a challenging tight hill climb!! 👌👌👌
Btw, little suggestion here. Would be cool if you did some trialling through canes. Bit of a change up from green lanes. Dont have to but it would be cool
Tyres and driving style for vehicle type plus choice of lines make the biggest difference outside of the vehicle itself. Having owned a Series 2A 88 inch, two Series 3 88 inch plus a Series 3 109 inch Stage 1 V8, a 1984 Range Rover 'Classic', two Disco 1's a 300tdi and 3.9ltr V8, three D2's all Td5 (2000,2002 & 2004), a D3 TDv6 HSE and currently a 2016 D4 TDV6 and having had a Freelander2 SEi6 I can tell you the D4 is the most complete and capable all rounder making even a novice appear far more capable than their abilities. I love off roading in the D4 but it does come with challenges due to its size and weight and the more visceral and engaging drive where skills and ability still can make a significant difference was with my favourite the very last of the 'square' headlights D2 (before they went to the pocket head lights) that had the programmable ECU. Now in saying all of that I've owned and driven all but the D5 which just doesn't appeal to me and LR after nearly 40 years of driving Land Rovers the Disco 4 will be my last unless you make something that changes your current market strategy here in Australia. Did I mention I am, much to wife's dismay, a Land Rover tragic and loved them all in this video except for the orphan child D5 who I just can't come to the party with? Just as an add on the D4 is awesome both on and off road but it is an expensive car to maintain and keep across the board; quality servicing, insurance and wear items are not cheap but my goodness it makes everything easy and makes you smile.
We are bit biased obviously, so D4 for us. And prepping vehicle is not only about bolting everything possible to it but to have what you actually need meanwhile keeping it as light as possible
I completely agree a lot of new Land Rovers and range rovers have to many electrics on them now therefore they are not reliable enough for people buy them unless you know someone who can fix them
I love every 1 of them. My dream disco is a 3door v8 d1. I own a td5 d2 and the d5 is 1 of the very few "new" cars about that i actually like. Just way out of budget atm 😅 maybe by the time im retiring all the bad engine 1s will b dead and gone and ill b able to afford 1 of the "good" 1s lol
@@ALL_4_WHEELS quite right, I was too busy fiddling with the air con controls as it was getting like the arctic in there, and didn't realise I had snuck so close to the bank as I did. I scraped my right Rock slider a bit, nothing a touch up of black paint didn't cure.
It's a good job that the d5 spent money on extra stickers. Fair play to him though. That's obviously not an off road car. Can't go wrong with a D2 with CDL and decent tyres. The peak of land rover.
Certainly good too see how they’ve developed and how big they’ve got over 30 years!! That D5 is so big and wide and he’s not shy to use it full credit to him!
Loved the video! Having owned 3 of them, D3, D4 and now a D5 I would say I would consider my D3 was the most off road capable. As time goes on they get more road defined. Those KO2 55s on the D5 aren't big enough in my opinion for this terrain and all that extra height and weight makes it real difficult. Put 35s on that D5 and take of the roof top tent and it hangs with the D1 all day long.
@RichiLew1 you’ve got it spot on tbere! The D5 definitely struggled with the weight!! Big old beast! My favourite was the D3! Straight up no messing! I actually think it was the best of the day!
@@RichiLew1 35’s will never fit in the wheel arches, without serious modifications to the EAS and arches. That D5 would sail up it, without all the extra, unnecessary weight added to it, which makes it’s way too top heavy
@@ALL_4_WHEELS Great video seeing them all out, I do the lanes on 2 wheels but really thinking about swapping my car for a D4 to get out on the lanes also, but do you know if theres any particular reason you dont see them out much? @Fromatic I think the D4 is a good vehicle I don’t know much but I think the engines can be troublesome a bit like the D3 they have there issues etc but my mate with the D4 in this video loves his!!
Also people saying if they had a d5 its to expensive to take out etc cmon its what it's built for. Its like buying a crate of beer and just looking at it and not drinking it 😂
😁🤣🤣 haha unfortunately this all we have here in the uk we’re very limited on the trails as they get Boggy and over used they get closed or if the too extreme they get closed by the authorities so yeah very limited to the “FUN” we can have but we make the best of what we’ve got! It is not "propper," if the tires are on such different levels grip whise. But over all, very nice video showing what even stock LR 3,4, and 5 can do :) Love the red monster by the way :)
Cheers buddy it was great to have 5 generations of disco out on a tough trail no one else has filmed that kind of thing so was really good to get the guys together 👌👌
@ALL_4_WHEELS too top heavy. The roof top tents are nice but not on narrow trails. He's lucky he had the clearance or he would've found himself taking that off to make it through.
the biggest difference was in drivng styles...unfortunately. Also comparing light empty D1 and D2 against to that stupidly overweight D5... and his driving - all gear but no idea
I guess the D2 was cheating as only half a disco haha!! My idea behind the video to show how they’ve changed so much over 30years they got bigger heavier and smoother loosing the shape of the original.. Was a great day had by all! We was going to try going down but may have been a different story with how top heavy and the weight of the 3,4,5..but still good to watch I hope you agree??😁😁
Hey buddy! Yeah the D5 did amazing such a big vehicle and to take it on one of the toughest and tightest trails he did amazing to get the D5 up there!! And no winching!!! 👌👌
You should be able to find one considering that they were built until earlier this year and they have more torque from the 6 cylinder engine than the diesel engine
Nobody can convince me that the D1 is anything less than the ultimate Discovery. The D2 is the definition of LR's bad reputation for reliability (Literally had issues before even getting out there). D3 and 4 are surprisingly good and the D5 is a joke. Price vs Performance? D1 is king everyday of the week. Can't beat the old reliable 200/300tdi and a defender chasis.
Yeah d1,d2 gotta give it bit more power and speed and D3,4,5 just crawl around Land Rover has changed so much over the 30 years of development Still pretty good to watch how the modern machines electronics try to figure out what to do…
I did try. She wasn't climbing. Within moments of turning I could see I botched the line I wanted, i turned too soon. And I had it in the wrong mode as well. I should have used slippery mode but I had it in mud ruts if I recall. So on my first try I was on the back foot as it were. When I tried the second or 3rd time I reset line used slippery mode and up she went easy. That fail on the corner was all me I'm afraid😢
I was excited to watch this video and keen to see the D3 comparison until you uttered the words 'this has been converted to springs'.... Just stopped it at that comment.

Land Rover has just an upgraded the discovery 5 with the 6 cylinder diesel engine and 350 bhp it’s an engine that you could get in the Range Rovers and the the defenders but not the discovery 5 that should be a good one off road especially the van version of the discovery 5 which doesn’t have the back seats only two seats in the front car

Great video, really enjoyed seeing all of the Discovery’s together👍
Nice one! Thankyou glad you enjoyed it we all had great fun on such a technical trail! We are the first to have all 5 discos together and driven how they should be! Enjoy the channel! 👌
Nice way to spend your birthday Ad, 🎉 interesting video ( as always) xx
This makes me happy to see all the disco's together being a d5 owner and offroading mine myself its been a great rig I can easily keep up with the 3/4
Was pretty special to get all 5 discos together glad you use yours offroad too!! 😎👌👌
Excellent video. Well done all the drivers
Cheers mark! Was a great day out everyone enjoyed and fair play to the guys with there vehicles not shy taking them
Up spicy hill as one false move of the line will get body damage for sure!
Brilliant video Adam., and very happy belated birthday wishes to buddy 👍
Cheers bud thankyou so much!! 🍻🍻

Cant choose between em Jlr should keep a rugged off roader in each madel they now make .great video and happy birthday Adam 👍🏴💯
Hey Justin, that was a great video indeed! My favourite was the D3 just seemed so much better and bit of underdog as not many people give the D3 credit! Mostly down to reliability 😂 but hell it did everything well!!
The d4/d5 very smart motors fair play for the lads bringing them

@ALL_4_WHEELS
Yea lots of money in d4 and d5 your passion shines through Adam .you should do a video on your background you no your stuff would be interesting to find out .Great line up of vehicles and an awesome for those involved 👏 👍
Cheers! I might do I’ll put something in the next video..
I did actually have plans to do a podcast type video but not sure how that would work…..
@ALL_4_WHEELS
Go.for it Adam 👍
@@ALL_4_WHEELS Would be fairly easy to do, get some local lads together, could also do something over zoom or something too, record it and stick it online. Maybe just a nice 10 - 15 minute vid
Great video. So cool to see all of the generations.
Thankyou was a fantastic day great to have the full 5 discos which was your favourite??..😎👍
@@ALL_4_WHEELS Hard to say but I'm biased and I have to go with the 4. Love it.
Great video, well done all. I had a 2 door D1V8 petrol.. great car but now have a D3 v6 petrol
Ooh love a good classic D1 V8!!! Glad you enjoyed the video!! How do you find the D3??
@ALL_4_WHEELS my D3 is fabulous, got it 2011 and still going strong, I am in Australia and it has been on Fraser island many times. Rock sliders, bullbar with winch, plus Llams kits
Great video mate. I have to say I’m biased because I owned a D2. And look at the video, they can even shed weight and disrobe when they need to. Awesome 👍😂❤
Haha well we had half a discovery D2! Haha next time we need a Full D2! 😁🤣🤣🤣
Wow all the disco's together, what a brilliant video well done.
Hey Alan thanks mate! It was an awesome day and to get 5 discovery’s out with us was incredible!! Which was your favourite disco??..👍
@@ALL_4_WHEELS Hi I have a sorted disco 2 so I am bit biased,but still impressed with a stock D3
@AlanPhilpot-kg2jo the D3 was pretty good boy different seeing on on springs instead of the usual air suspension! 👍👌👌
Yes I forgot the D3 was on coils ,The D4 was also impressive. Not many green lanes here in Essex ,but can't complain I have a pay and play day monthly ,ten minutes drive away with Rochford & District 4x4 club
@AlanPhilpot-kg2jo you’ll have to come to wales and join us for an epic adventure!!!
Fair play to the guy bringing tens of thousands of pounds of a d5 out on the lanes.
Full credit to Paul hes build on the D5 is crazy everything you see on that is he’s own design! And he’s not shy to use it! He’s been on some mega lanes in Devon! I think
We nailed and made a cracker of a video!! 😜👍👍
@@ALL_4_WHEELS not his own design, Devon 4x4 did nearly all of that, in other videos he even said "i dont knot how it works but they did awesome job"
Well I’m not sure but for me it was great to have all 5 discos and all just get out there see what there vehicles could do! I think the D3 did really well very unusual to see one on springs though??🤔🤔
Great to see them all out. I’d like to see that D 5 without all the roof add ons as it would be even better I’d say
@kieranyoung9348 some weight on that D5!!
I think it weighed in at 3.1 tonnes the owner said! It was all kitted out inside with fridges and things!!
out of all the LR D1,2,3 and 4 I have owned I found myself falling in love with my D2's the most
I'm biased as I own D4, thanks for the great video!
Thanks for watching! I do love the D4’s what did you think of this one in the video??
@@ALL_4_WHEELS ah, it's perfect! 18in rims with proper-sized tires. Just about all you need to go anywhere without extreme. I used to run oversized wheels on a puckup truck and while offroad capability was marginally better there were too many problems on the road and overstressed suspension wear.
And love the idea of magnetic body protection! Cheers to the owner!
Those body magnets were amazing first time I’ve ever seen those! They really did a good job protecting the car!! 👌👌
Excellent video and channel thanks 🙏🏻
Glad you enjoyed it and welcome to the channel! Which was your favourite Discovery??👍
Nice one lads! What is the exhaust setup on the d1? With or without cat? With q or 2 mufflers? Cheers
Not sure but I will ask the owner! 👍👍😎
Fantastic video Ad keep them coming
Not sure might be down to the weight of the D5 as it was pushing close to 3.1 tonnes I think with all the gear it was carrying…
Really interesting to see how they perform, obviously I’m biased towards the d1 but all very capable vehicles
Haha thanks was a great day out! Nice to have all 5 discovery’s and half a D2 haha some good wheel lifts too! 👌
@@ALL_4_WHEELS yeah I was surprised on the first section the older ones did better. Knew the new ones would be decent on cross axles
Great video! Really interesting to see how they all performed. Has to the the D5 for me, not that I’m biased! 😂
Haha thanks for watching!!was a really good trip and finally a full disco generation battle!!
Great trails you guys have!
Cheers buddy yes we have some really good trails!!
Kudos to the Disco 5 driver. I'd be bricking it taking something that expensive up a lane like that! Looks good too,
Yes full credit to paul!
A D3 should be left as it is but o think
He had problems with the airbags so converted it to springs gained a lot of height from doing that and the D3 did pretty well???..👍
My boss has a discover 3 and theyve installed an SRT v10 it spunds incredible only god knows where he managed to obtain that engine.
@@ALL_4_WHEELS Helen bought her D5 before I knew her, she made the mistake of getting the 2.0L - they really are shiite.
At last!,a bunch of disco's I can appreciate, 😊😊😊
Cheers bud which one was your favourite??😁
D5 seems to be a bit hamstrung by all the stuff on the roof and hanging off the back. Ok for crossing the Darien Gap but surely un-necessary on a welsh green lane? Anyway as most have said, D4 was the pinnacle of the lot and in my opinion cannot currently be bested. I used to have a D4, but for the past couple of years now a new Defender which whilst still highly capable, just has too many compromises compared to D4.
Would the d5 do the Darian gap?? Be interesting to see if they re lived the old events with the new technology land rovers!! 🤔🤔
Apart from the desire to have a tent on the roof(?), off roading in tight spaces becomes a real problem!
Good advert overall for LR Disco’s
Cheers buddy, that D5 was packing a load of weight!! 3.1 tonnes I think!
Was a great day out and good to see 5 generations together on a challenging tight hill climb!! 👌👌👌
Btw, little suggestion here. Would be cool if you did some trialling through canes. Bit of a change up from green lanes. Dont have to but it would be cool
There is a few videos on here doing that you’ll see them
If you scroll through only two trial videos but I’m sure you will love them!
This has the be the Disco Mat Watson reviewed when it crapped on that Torueg.
Yeah that the one!! 👌
We are bit biased obviously, so D4 for us. And prepping vehicle is not only about bolting everything possible to it but to have what you actually need meanwhile keeping it as light as possible
My favourite Land Rover discovery is the discovery 4 also sold very well and they hold their value very well and it’s nice looking car
Yeah the disco 4 is a beauty! Land Rover lost it after the 4!!
I completely agree a lot of new Land Rovers and range rovers have to many electrics on them now therefore they are not reliable enough for people buy them unless you know someone who can fix them
D4 for me... Great machine
Was a great looking D4 I loved the body magnets on it to protect it from scratches great day and a fantastic off-road test against the discos! 😎👌👌
Does anyone know what the creaking noise is on the disco 4 ? Ball joint possibly ?
I didn’t hear anything..what time in the vid did you hear that??
16:44-16:50
Bash plates underneath scraping on the rocks! 👌👌
@@ALL_4_WHEELS quite right, I was too busy fiddling with the air con controls as it was getting like the arctic in there, and didn't realise I had snuck so close to the bank as I did. I scraped my right Rock slider a bit, nothing a touch up of black paint didn't cure.
Well done what a great video
Cheers buddy! A good proper set of discovery’s battling it out no winches allowed I think they all did very well! Great bunch of lads and cars!!
Be really nice to see this with all stock cars on the same tyres
D4 is peak Land Rover. Beautiful machine
Yes I actually have to agree with you it was the peak of land rovers 👍
D5 making a right hash over it .
He struggled on that first corner but that’s just to shear size of the D5! And weighing in at 3.1tonne
It’s some corner that first one!! 👌👌👌
Discovery 3 is the top of the engeneering and desighn. Best car ever

Do they have any kind of issue or something I should know about before going for one? cheers
@Fromatic I think the D4 is a good vehicle I don’t know much but I think the engines can be troublesome a bit like the D3 they have there issues etc but my mate with the D4 in this video loves his!!
D5 is way overloaded with stuff that you simply don’t need. It’s way too top heavy and god knows what that thing must weight, it has to be over GVM.
It’s styled like a overlander,I think if I remember he said it weights in at 3.1 tonnes!!
Also people saying if they had a d5 its to expensive to take out etc cmon its what it's built for. Its like buying a crate of beer and just looking at it and not drinking it 😂
Haha yeah spot on there! If you’ve got it use it! That’s my motto!!
This d5 is like when you take your wife to the beach for the day snd she takes 9 pairs of shoes 😂😂

Wow! Happy little boys playing in the mud like rough tough guys😂 interesting that they all have guides😂😂😂
😁🤣🤣 haha unfortunately this all we have here in the uk we’re very limited on the trails as they get Boggy and over used they get closed or if the too extreme they get closed by the authorities so yeah very limited to the “FUN” we can have but we make the best of what we’ve got!
Enjoy the channel! 👌👌
Im curious as how the bonnet on the D2 opens with the raised air intake..... lol
Actually that’s a good question I don’t know how it opens either haha!! 🤔🤣🤣
It’s all about tyres, highly recommend CST Mud kings 17”
Depends on drivers skills
The D5 is deffinitely a candidate for diff locks
Traction control and difflocks really paid off for the D5! She’s a heavy machine!!
@@ALL_4_WHEELSWell over GVM, if he took off a lot of those bolt on extras, it would he sailed up that…
@marktalbot4wd a lot of accessories on that D5!! Very top heavy!
@ALL_4_WHEELS too top heavy. The roof top tents are nice but not on narrow trails. He's lucky he had the clearance or he would've found himself taking that off to make it through.
@RichiLew1 was good to see all 5 generations up against each other!!
Happy Birthday!🎉
Appreciate that thankyou! What a day awesome day out with the lads!! 👌👌
the biggest difference was in drivng styles...unfortunately.
Everyone done great but I’m well impressed with the D5 as they are considered a bit of a pavement princess but there it is killing it. Nice one.
Hey buddy! Yeah the D5 did amazing such a big vehicle and to take it on one of the toughest and tightest trails he did amazing to get the D5 up there!! And no winching!!! 👌👌
Well , its not the only place, we did this a year or so ago
You will probably know that Land Rover did a discovery 5 with the 6 cylinder petrol engine and 360 bhp that would be an interesting one on this route
That would be epic!! Don’t think we will find one though 😎👍
Spot on with the comments there! 😎👌
It's got to be the 1...Good driving is better than electronic anyday😊😊
Yeah d1,d2 gotta give it bit more power and speed and D3,4,5 just crawl around Land Rover has changed so much over the 30 years of development
Still pretty good to watch how the modern machines electronics try to figure out what to do…
3:28 gave up too quickly. I bet constant throttle would’ve let the terrain response kick in.
Yeah he nearly had it there! What a trip and what a collection of land rovers! Which was your favourite??
@mikeb53 you did well buddy the D4 did well I think everyone did well on different ways it’s certainly not a easy trail that one!!
