Yes, this is a setting you can disable. It is meant to make sure you don’t forget anything in the back and annoyed the hell out of me too so you can go ahead and just turn it off.

Hello again Sonduren. Wanted to let you know the TSB for the vibrating driver mirror has been released in Canada. My dealer has already ordered the parts. I will post an update once the repair has been completed in the appropriate ClubLexus thread.
Great videos on the NX! Ordering my NX 350h next week, but still can’t decide the colors, i am between the white exterior + palomino interior or the gray exterior + red interior. Also, do you feel any driving difference between the flat and the regular tires? Do you think it’s a must to change them?
We love the white exterior with the Palomino interior. I honestly don’t notice too much of a difference, but we will be switching to regular tires once these run flats are toast.
Hi Sonduren, very informative video, I pick my NX 350h Takumi up end of May having been on order since March 2022, a long wait in the UK on this model with the cars coming from Japan, not to bothered with most if the issues you mentioned being an old fossil I will not use most of the tech stuff. One thing that did get my attention though is the phone charging pad, I have a Samsung Galaxy in a leather case and I wondered if it will charge ok in that? I do totally agree with you reference the door release mechanism being a massive step forward in it's ease of use, and the associated safety system combined with it. Thank you.
If it’s a thin leather case it should be fine. If it’s thick you will have a problem. Most likely a leather case is too thick. Any thicker than what I showed of my phone in the video is too thick.
Aye don’t know who to recommend this but I think you’ll agree, finding the “sport mode” in a timely manner; how about if you use the down shift paddle, grabbing two gears should put the vehicle in the mode without having to look away from the road. Maybe it’s me but having to look away to the information center or even the heads up display is taking the driver’s focus away when it’s needed most! Hopefully you can put this possible fix in an upcoming software update. This should be a priority.. Cheers
Wife bought a brand new 2022 NX. When we took calls via Bluetooth every word would echo to the other person on the phone and half the time there would be a delay in conversation by 10-15 seconds. Lexus did a software update which fixed it. Fast forward to last night (Jan 19th 2025, it’s 20 degrees F outside, wife’s car would start even with the key fob next to the start button. Clicked about 8-10times and randomly fired up. There after I got a message saying “Shift System Malfunction”. From reading forums I’m not the only one that experienced this due to the cold. Going to take to the dealership to see what’s going on
I don’t but basically. Set both separate profiles on the car. Use only your primary profile for the app and share you login information with your spouse or partner.

Hi! I was just wondering if you noticed any water leaks from turning on your AC or after a car wash near the bottom front of the passenger side door. I have been noticing this the dripping and when I got it checked out by the dealer, they said it was just the condensation from the AC.. Was hoping this is the case for other owners of the NX350h
Phew.. thought it was just mine! I’m from Alberta and I was scared if maybe it was just water trapped from washing the car or something. Winter is around the corner and it would be bad if it wasn’t the AC! Thanks for the reply and giving me relief 🙏🏼
It happened to me today on my 2025 NX350h with the Autoplay. For some reason my iPhone did not auto connected. Also the Lexus app always alert me the car door is unlocked but its not. Anyone has this issues?
On my 2023 Lexus NX 350h if the temperature goes under freezing (0 Celsius) I cannot open the driver's door from the outside using the conventional method. It opens from the inside. Talked to the dealer and they say that it is a common problem with the NX from 2022 on. Surprising that they did not fix that yet. Sent an email to Lexus a week ago, have yet to get a response. I bought the NX later February 2023. The rear door on the driver's sometimes it opens, sometime it doesn't. I called Lexus and the girl said there are no recalls on my car so there is no problem go to the dealer. The girl was very rude she kept interrupting me. Went back to the dealer and they said they are waiting for a solution from Lexus. All this time nothing is getting done. This is my first Toyota Lexus product. Let me say that I am not too impressed with Lexus. If this continues it will be my last.
You should have the door handle checked. I have my NX450h+ for over a year and it has never frozen on me. You should have it check to see if it can be fixed/replaced.
I think the app is press and hold for the vehicle functions to limit accidental presses. I agree with everything you mentioned in the video. Does your wife use the digital key feature? I have a s22 ultra and I can't get phone as a key to work. I've had my car since December and Lexus hasn't been able to figure it out.
She does use the digital key feature and what she hast to do is on the front homepage swipe and hold down to refresh the app. Wait a few seconds and it will work. This is another one of those small bugs. Let me know if that works for you.
I’m waiting for a second smart key/fob. Our Lexus NX450h+ is a UK model and 3 weeks old! We haven’t experienced any Apple Car Play problems and our iPhones are on v16.6.
(UK) Just received my second remote key fob last week. Never had a smart credit card key, I now have 2 KeyFob remotes. Does everyone else use the RF Pouch to keep their fob in when not in use in the car. Just interested as to what others do at night. I asked another gentleman what he’d did with with his keys when not in use, if like me they are just on the hall table (in the RF Pouch). He kept his keys in a Biscuit Tin when not in use. I said yes this does the same thing but it saves carrying a biscuit tin around with you if you nip to the supermarket. I bet that’s awkward !
Has anyone noticed how difficult it is to read the primary instrument display in bright daylight conditions? No problems with the speed readout but everything else is basically washed out. Turned the instrument light control all the way up but still no improvement.
The driver profiles are so confusing and hardly functional so I just gave up on that. I also have to manually pair my phone via carplay/bluetooth in settings every time I drive (alone, not with other paired devices in the car) which is super annoying. If i don’t, it says connection failed or something like that. Do you also have to do the same?
Hey Sonduren, do you have any concerns/anxiety about this model being stolen? Do you have any additional layers of security in place - steering wheel lock, key fob signal blocking bag etc ?
In addition to all of that, I also just recently picked up some AirTags, which I’m going to be putting in the vehicle. This way, even if they disable to factory GPS I can still track them.
Have you experienced any problems with the touchscreen? In some of your footage, it looks like the screen on the infotainment system is flickering. I wouldn't expect that after only a few months.
Lexus app worked great until I updated it last week. Now, I receive the notifications but I cannot open the app. It loads forever. Spoke to my dealership, and they said delete the app and reinstall.
I got a new top spec CX5 turbo 18 months ago, everything works just fine. I have been thinking of getting an NX Fsport or a BMW X3 6 cylinder turbo because they both have a bit more badge appeal but it’s a bit silly when my CX5 is very good.
Curious, have you had issues using Digital Key on your iPhone? Do you feel confident leaving all physical keys at home and just taking your phone to drive?
here are some issues from nxh manufactured in Canada: 1- Wireless charging issue (even without a cover, even with the phone switched off - my Corolla does it flawlessly) 2- Vibration in the driver's side mirror 3- 1 key fob 4- Android Auto is intermittently disabled. 5- There is no remote access for a second driver on the app. 6- With single-bulb headlights, I've seen oncoming drivers flashing high beams on two-way streets at night, but mine is undoubtedly in low-beam; I'm guessing it needs to be better calibrated. 7- There is no clear indicator for door lock/unlock status other than a tiny green light on the driver's door button. For such, there is no mechanical or artificial sound.
@Cars with Sonduren 8- When you place your child in the back seats, the Smart Flow (S-flow) function in the air conditioning settings will not function (perhaps owing to the weight sensor), so this option should be turned off for the rear air vents to work. [I'm not 100% about it]
#7 They should have a bunch of different sounds to choose from. That would make things more interesting and functional at the same time. After all, the NX has sounds for almost everything else you turn off or on
There is likely a Phillips head screw in the engine bay near the back of the headlights that you can screw left or right to adjust the headlight aim. My Mazda CX5 with adaptive headlights has this screw that I used to adjust them.
From the time I got 2022 350h to this date, there is one problem that will not go away. When I get into the car for the first time of the day, it will not connect to CarPlay. It then displays a pop up that says there is no wifi connection with a forced choice of try again or dismiss. Neither makes a difference. If I turn off and restart the car it connects and all is well. Also if go to destination, complete tasks, and return and start car, it connects with no problem. Dealership has tried to figure out issue a few times with no success.
I had the same issue. I completely disconnected CarPlay, removed it from remembered devices on my phone and did a hard reset. Reconnected it all and it worked properly. Did you try that?
I opted for the NX250 . It is by no means underpowered. It has three drive settings. ECO is for economy and does rob some power. Normal is a step up in performance. Sport mode is a huge difference over ECO and it jumps off the line and shifts aggressively. It tightens the steering and handling as well and should satisfy a majority of owners. If it’s all out performance you want, buy a car that offers that.
Love my 2023 nx350! Problem with wifi carplay seems to be the apple maps gets activated and then google maps doesn’t work and the phone doesn’t connect. You need to go back into the phone and stop apple maps and then everything is ok again. Frustrating!!!!!! Also the Lexus app records only the last 4 or 5 trips. I would like access to all the trips! FoR instance if I get a ticket for speeding a month ago…I want to see the trip so I can see if the info is in disagreement with the stupid speed trap cam!!!
Hi Sonduren, huge fan of your videos and I'm a fellow NX350H owner in Ontario as well. As you may already know, many NX owners have the driver side mirror vibration issue and I was wondering if you are experiencing the same problem? Most dealers are not fixing the problem in Canada since the TSB only applies to USA at the moment. It's most noticeable at higher speeds and can be really distracting when changing lanes.
Hey Nicholas! Really appreciate the kind words and congratulations on getting yours. They are very highly sought after vehicles. I have the exact same problem you’re having and I was told that we should expect the Canadian version of the TSB to be coming soon. Fingers crossed we get something in the next couple weeks.
I have been a Lexus owner for 14 years and liked the service and quality of Lexus until now. I have the same issue with the drivers side mirror. I complained and there is no fix which I don’t understand. It’s been noted as an issue with the car and was told by the dealer that there wouldn’t be a fix until enough people complained about it. Such BS do better Lexus.
Lexus doesn’t want to fix the problem, I noticed the quality of the vehicles has dropped since I got my first Lexus years ago and now won’t fix the mirror issue, asked to talk to the service manager at Open Road Lexus in BC and she ignored me. What puzzles me is the passenger side is good. The 2023 model that I drove as a courtesy car didn’t do it!!! 😩🤷♂️
To me the biggest problem is the way doors are closing. One has to slam them strongly which is not very elegant and not premium at all. Speaking about European version assembled in Japan.
Thanks again Sonduren. I am sad to say I gave up my place in line for my NXhybrid. I had been waiting for over a year. I have seen so many reviews on this, that the car is starting to look like it's been around for years. Lol. I wanted the luxury reliability and fuel savings, but after seeing the new Mazda CX90 with rear-wheel biased and 340hp, 369lb ft, I have decided to wait for the smaller CX70 that is coming out later in the year. I gave up the fuel savings for a more fun suv. 25mpgs combined.
Sad to hear you had to wait so long, Jose, and because of that you’re moving over to Mazda, who, by the way, have brought out some very competitive offerings. Really like what they’re doing with the CX series now. If you’ve been already waiting for a year and there’s still no ETA I don’t blame you for moving on. I hope I can get one to review shortly and see how they compare but regardless early indications show it to be a fabulous SUV.
Bad news for NX, It has run flat tires. Hard, noisey ride and can't repair flats. Have fun finding a replacement tire when you're not near the dealer or Firestone store. Plan on a night in a hotel.
@@larrymoens20 Simply DUMP any and ALL run flats R & R W/ Michelin's and get twice as smooth as a ride! End of story!...You simply have the WRONG model you should have gotten the 450h+ F Sport as that model has increased in value by 17K after driving it off the lot...Show me Any Mazda or Euro car that will do that?????
I doubt i need an app to start or operate my car. I'll walk up unlock it, sit down & start it. Then I'll set up what I need to just simply drive away. When has anyone used an app that wasn't "buggy"!
So... a phone case issue, an app issue (relevant to any Lexus), a CarPlay issue (fixed by IOS update)... So just the one handle event. Doesn't add up to 5 issues with an NX. Surely...
It’s not simply a case issue. Even my slim fit case still it takes 6 seconds to start charging. CarPlay is not 100% fixed. The door handles only I experienced once so far but many owners have already experienced it. The user profiles, the app, the shaking side mirrors. Look, I bought the car and we are in love with it but to pretend that these issues don’t exist is silly. The entire purpose of this video is to be 100% transparent so that Lexus can work to fix these issues instead of covering our eyes. And these are just the issues I have experienced there are lots of small little problems that owners on the forum have faced as well.
Thanks for the information, really helpful. I'm getting mine in less than two months delivered. As expected minimal issues. This car hasn't received any redesigns in years. Even lexus will have its bugs to squash. Can't say the same for nearly any other manufacturer. Guaranteed to be WAYYYYY worse. Still really excited to have this vehicle in my parking. Thanks for the video. Great job
That’s awesome you’re going to love it! Not much longer to wait. Hundred percent agree with you if you look around at the other manufactures with completely different models. What exact package and specs do you got on order?
@Cars with Sonduren The F Sport package in Ultrasonic blue mica, with red interior. Chose nearly every option such as panoramic roof, digital rear view mirror, triple beam headlights etc. Really loving that peanut butter interior on yours. Hope it makes you guys happy for many years.
I have a 2021 RX 350 I got to drive the nx350 for the few days that little thing is a gas guzzler on top of that it takes premium fuel I get better gas mileage out of my 6-cylinder and it's bigger and a more comfortable ride way more comfortable I feel like a sardine inside the 350 nx
Give me a break. Android Auto and Apple CarPlay work flawlessly for cars that cost $30,000. The door handles should work 100% of the time. The wireless charger the same.
Ok Sonduren, I purchased the case you recommended and it’s NOT WORKING. it still stops charging after 10 seconds. How is it possible that it worked for your phone but not mine?
Do you have an iPhone 13 Pro Max? Latest firmware? Odd, it works for me. It typically starts charging, disconnects for two seconds, then starts charging again permanently. If this isn’t happening, I would go to the dealer and ask them to replace the part entirely.
#6: The ventilated seats are a scam, similar to the outgoing NX and RX. Their cushioning is thin and flatten too much, resulting in poor support and ultimately back ache in many drivers. It took months for me to figure this out. After 20 yrs with Lexus, I've left.
24 NH owner. Mark Levinson stereo WORST I EVER HAD. Best vehicle in EVERY other aspect. If you are a music person, don’t get this car . Two TINY tweeters in rear. No audio place will touch but they were shocked how bad it sounds. Levinson is supposedly “upgrade” but the ten speaker system has rear door speakers and this has 15 in front. I took it to the dealer and they said this is the same in many of these Lexuses. I wish I had seen the comments on the Internet because it’s all over the Internet on how bad the sound is .
Since my wife gave me access to the mobile app, she now has zero access/functionality of the app! (We don’t have the luxury package/digital key) It’s the worst app on our phones for sure!
we are loving our new 350h ,our biggest concern is trying to get our second key fob ,anyone else with this issue . you spend 60k + and you cant even get 2 key fobs .big downer.
is the phone and users' case problem not the car design charger problem don't blame is flaws of the car design, ios dont work well with androild car play .....is os issue not the car
I'm glad you're having a great experience with your NX. We bought a 2023 NX350 fully loaded premium package, so a step below Luxury and we are currently going through a lemon law buy back process. Our cabin materials rattle like a 2002 Hyundai Accent and it's annoying to live with. Maybe we just got unlucky with our vehicle. Does yours make any annoying rattles from the cabin? Our particularly back doors rattle and dashboard creeks on hot days.
That’s really really unfortunate to hear Rokas. We have not had any dash rattles or any other rattles in the SUV this might be an odd lemon. Where are you from?
I dont understand people hates the electronic door. If the battery dies you cannot unlock the car either. You have to use the key to open it manually. You also have to open some cover because newer cars hide it. So i dont see any difference🤦♂️
damn you rate a car based on the wireless charging?? or any other media app crap. Gee I don't know, I buy Lexus /Toyota because of their reliability and comfort. Go buy a Kia or something like that maybe you'll be happier. Stop your whining, you don't buy a car to be your office at home. Like others have said, they've had no problems with the door, and you only had the problem once, lol, really, stop your whining.
LOL did you even watch the video Wally? I am a big Lexus lover but seriously it sounds like you are blinded by some brand loyalty that you can't see the obvious flaws. Many folks beyond me just have these problems, if you also took the time to see some of the comments. Stop your whining.
@@carswithsonduren I've had Lexus and Toyota for the past 12+ years. Every car has it's slight problems. But to hear someone whining about the trivial problems like you were is just bad. Yes I watched it. Please stop whining and go bye a kia or bmw.
LOL. I have owned multiple Toyota and Lexus vehicles. If you actually listened to what I said, I said these problems don’t change how I feel about the car. If you think core functionality, like being able to open the door, use the infotainment system, and these other items is trivial I think you just don’t know what you’re talking about. I’m a self-proclaimed Lexus fan boy, but I’m not brainwashed. Apple CarPlay should work 100% of the time like it does in vehicles that cost $30,000 and are not even in the luxury segment. If it’s a thin leather case it should be fine. If it’s thick you will have a problem. Most likely a leather case is too thick. Any thicker than what I showed of my phone in the video is too thick.
Great video as always.
Thanks Denvernn! 🙏
I have a nx350h for the last couple months I have been changing 2K cannot unlock or lock the door
I really enjoy watching your reviews. Very insightful. Thank you for posting.
Glad it was helpful welcome to the channel!
Going to take to the dealership to see what’s going on
Do you have step by step instructions on adding second person to the App like what you were talking about so it actually works like you stated?
I don’t but basically. Set both separate profiles on the car. Use only your primary profile for the app and share you login information with your spouse or partner.
Thank you so much and kudos to your channel. 👍
Glad I could help Wayne 🙏👌 thanks for taking the time to reach out and more good content to come :)

Yes I get the same thing, AC condensation nothing to worry about.
Phew.. thought it was just mine! I’m from Alberta and I was scared if maybe it was just water trapped from washing the car or something.
Winter is around the corner and it would be bad if it wasn’t the AC! Thanks for the reply and giving me relief 🙏🏼
Люди нагніться під машину,там видно що вода з шланга😂😂
you may want to check you Sunroof drain holes as they may be clogged.
Other than the door issue I could live with the rest
Yea the door issue is a problem. Especially when it’s freezing and you need to get inside and you cannot.
AGREED!!
It happened to me today on my 2025 NX350h with the Autoplay. For some reason my iPhone did not auto connected. Also the Lexus app always alert me the car door is unlocked but its not. Anyone has this issues?
Same issues of wireless charging and Apple CarPlay. Hope the Lexus can fix them soon.
I’ve noticed it’s gotten a lot better recently with the latest iOS update but it’s still an issue.
I will do that LSFT! I will ask about it at the dealer
I’m considering the NX 250 instead of the 350h. The price difference doesn’t compensate for the better mpg on the 350h.
I have a 250 and I regularly get 30mpg without hybrid
@@alt4374 On the freeway. I bought the 250 and only get that on the freeways. I get a lot less on the city.
I opted for the NX250 and couldn’t be happier. Highway mileage is 32+. Have had it 15 months with zero issues.
Great video! Do you have 2 smart keys or like me are waiting for the second smart key ?
Are you talking about the fob or the credit card key. I just got my second fob a few days ago
It was hard to find something to not like about this car tho!
That shouldn’t be happening. I would do a full car reset and reprogram the profiles again. Our profiles work flawlessly outside of what I mentioned.
Hey Sonduren, do you have any concerns/anxiety about this model being stolen? Do you have any additional layers of security in place - steering wheel lock, key fob signal blocking bag etc ?
Hey Vivek! I do have those concerns and I made a video here with what I am doing about it to protect it. ruclips.net/video/0Y2TuvoW-7E/видео.html
In addition to all of that, I also just recently picked up some AirTags, which I’m going to be putting in the vehicle. This way, even if they disable to factory GPS I can still track them.
@@carswithsonduren Thank you!
Have you experienced any problems with the touchscreen? In some of your footage, it looks like the screen on the infotainment system is flickering. I wouldn't expect that after only a few months.
There is no flickering that’s actually happening that is just a outcome of the camera recording the screen.
Lexus app worked great until I updated it last week. Now, I receive the notifications but I cannot open the app. It loads forever.
Spoke to my dealership, and they said delete the app and reinstall.
Did it work for you after a delete and install?
I ran into the same issue, and deleting then reinstalling the app resolved it.
@@carswithsonduren Yes!
I got a new top spec CX5 turbo 18 months ago, everything works just fine. I have been thinking of getting an NX Fsport or a BMW X3 6 cylinder turbo because they both have a bit more badge appeal but it’s a bit silly when my CX5 is very good.
I’d keep the CX5 haha not worth the switch just for that
I have an issue when I start the engine on the App, as long as I walked into the car the engine will stop itself. Don’t know why?
Curious, have you had issues using Digital Key on your iPhone? Do you feel confident leaving all physical keys at home and just taking your phone to drive?
No. Don’t rely on it. Always have your key.
These are not real problems bro you wasted my time
You should have gotten a CX5 turbo signature
I really wanted the NX to be honest but Mazda is making some great cars lately.
here are some issues from nxh manufactured in Canada:
1- Wireless charging issue (even without a cover, even with the phone switched off - my Corolla does it flawlessly)
2- Vibration in the driver's side mirror
3- 1 key fob
4- Android Auto is intermittently disabled.
7. Your right about this, didn’t think of it until now but 100%.
@Cars with Sonduren 8- When you place your child in the back seats, the Smart Flow (S-flow) function in the air conditioning settings will not function (perhaps owing to the weight sensor), so this option should be turned off for the rear air vents to work. [I'm not 100% about it]
I’ll investigate this as well.
Between the NX 350 (with turbo) and NX 350h, which one offers better handling on snow?
Very similar wouldn’t be able to tell you. Both are AWD and have similar chassis dynamics
does it support android auto but in a wireless way? you talked only about this fact with apple car. Thanks!
Yes it does!
Have ever had test drive NX 250 ? Is it really underpowered for just daily basis city commuter?
I have not but probably a bit underpowered based on the specs yes.
Great video
"My case won't wirelessly charge with a pop socket/ring attached; it's a design flaw"
No shit. Nothing will wirelessly charge it.
I noticed the same thing about the Lexus app by the way, kind of odd that they wouldn’t keep the full history
@@carswithsonduren they probably do…for their own interests.
I've got my Lexus 450h+ coming in on 31st Jan 2024. Can't wait 🙂
You’re going to love it. Congratulations and welcome to the channel :)
Thanks for the review. How difficult is it to get this from the dealer? Is there long waiting time ?
For hybrid models yes but they are in stock with the gas powered ones.
@@carswithsonduren Even with some gas models there is a wait. I waited a month for an F Sport 3 because my dealer had none. Just got it last night!
@@carswithsonduren Awesome, thanks again and keep up the great content!
@@carswithsonduren how will we be notified of this TSB?
Your service advisor should inform you
I have been a Lexus owner for 14 years and liked the service and quality of Lexus until now.
The dashboard on the passenger side is very plain and cheapen the look. I hear that the have addressed it in the 2024 update
That is true they are putting leather to match the interior on it.
I am a family of three. Two adults one child. Is the car big enough for 3 people?
The simple answer yes it is :)
No mention of all the debris, dirt and especially snow getting stuck on the bottom of the doors. Tons of wind noise while driving as well...
Dislike the electronic gear selector a lot. Also miss the analog clock in the middle of the console.
Once you use it, honestly you will like it.
@@carswithsonduren using it since February. Have any of you received your second key fob?
@stanleydooley9129 I have not yet I’m going to inquire
I hate the analog clock, that’s why I didn’t buy Lexus until they change the interior design
Keep me posted :)
Bad news for NX, It has run flat tires. Hard, noisey ride and can't repair flats. Have fun finding a replacement tire when you're not near the dealer or Firestone store. Plan on a night in a hotel.

End of story!...You simply have the WRONG model you should have gotten the 450h+ F Sport as that model has increased in value by 17K after driving it off the lot...Show me Any Mazda or Euro car that will do that?????
On point review! The Lexus app has been buggy for the last 4 years I’ve been using it, nothing horrible but yes frustrating at times.
Thanks Doug! Yeah, see that’s the thing with the mobile app. It works, just not well.
Most of his issues are with the software. I have a 2024 and those problems do not exist.
Recent software update just came out as well to fix some of this.
Definitely issues with my breaks. 3 seperate issues related to the breaks that needed to be fixed.
Definitely sucks that it uses premium which is another reason we went with the hybrid
@@carswithsonduren that's the way to go I would have gone hybrid I also don't like that it has run-flat tires with no spare
This man pays only 50Kish and expected 100K’s features lol. If this car were no flaws, you would not pay at 50K given the current inflation!
Give me a break. Android Auto and Apple CarPlay work flawlessly for cars that cost $30,000. The door handles should work 100% of the time. The wireless charger the same.
@@carswithsonduren I understand ur point. Don’t you think a 30K car would not have the same liability and brand influence. No car is perfect.
Mine is 13Pro with latest firmware, does that case only work with ProMax?
Interesting well mine is a pro max. It shouldn’t matter though.
Wow, these are non-issues. This video REALLY comes off as a whiny first world problem video.
Clearly the guy is Unaware of Lexus products
#6: The ventilated seats are a scam, similar to the outgoing NX and RX. Their cushioning is thin and flatten too much, resulting in poor support and ultimately back ache in many drivers. It took months for me to figure this out. After 20 yrs with Lexus, I've left.
The phone case you have for iphone 13 Pro max won't work if you have the 14 pro/pro max.
Are they not basically the same now LSFT?
Whole point of spending $$$ on a lexus is not to have issues, noises and rattles, shame on lexus
Is it possible you can upgrade the speakers if you are not happy with them?
Since my wife gave me access to the mobile app, she now has zero access/functionality of the app! (We don’t have the luxury package/digital key) It’s the worst app on our phones for sure!
Really? That’s very odd indeed. Did you visit the dealer?
My NX350 will arrive mid May 🎉
Awesome to hear, Linda! What colour and package combo did you get?
we are loving our new 350h ,our biggest concern is trying to get our second key fob ,anyone else with this issue . you spend 60k + and you cant even get 2 key fobs .big downer.
That’s true. Supply shortage not much you can do. You should have the key fob and the digital key right?
If your phone is running a beta, it’s most likely your phone causing the issue because of the software
Yep I stopped going into the beta program as well due to this
Buddy. Sounds like phone issues to me. Nit picking is a understatement. Lol
It’s not really an issue with the phone, it’s an issue with the system since it’s more than me reporting these issues.
is the phone and users' case problem not the car design charger problem don't blame is flaws of the car design, ios dont work well with androild car play .....is os issue not the car
@carswithsonduren thanks for the response. I'm originally from Lithuania but currently living in Dallas, Texas.

How much more expensive is it?
NX is too cramped inside, less space than the RAV4

EVERY CAR HAS PROBLEM WITH CARPLAY
I dont understand people hates the electronic door. If the battery dies you cannot unlock the car either. You have to use the key to open it manually. You also have to open some cover because newer cars hide it. So i dont see any difference🤦♂️
No big deal 😂
damn you rate a car based on the wireless charging?? or any other media app crap. Gee I don't know, I buy Lexus /Toyota because of their reliability and comfort. The infotainment system should work 100% of the time, especially when you’re using it for navigation. The shaking driver side mirror, etc.
