It is so cool!
Wow! You did an awesome job! Some great space saving ideas in there. What a beautiful home 😍
Thankyou 👍😘🚛🐾
Fantastic tour of your rig. I have never seen anyone put tinfoil on a roller like paper towels. Awesome. I love the creativity you have put into making that box truck into your home. So bright and open. Thanks so much for sharing!!!
Thank you and such kind words. It took us a long time to build as we worked full time so only had the weekends. I was a teacher and my hubby in IT so also a complete new challenge to build her. We got there in the end and enjoy the life she gives us. Last year we didn't work we just toured and this year work remotely from the lorry to pay for our travels 👍🐾👫🚛
Always a pleasure seeing your pictures on your adventures :-) Xx
Thank you so much. Still learning with the videos but hopefully, they can only improve 😘🙏🚛🤞🙏👫🐾
Love the feeling there is in Florry. Well done!
Thank you. We have added a few more things since the lorry tour and hoping to do a new lorry tour but a little more technical. Di t forget to subscribe, like and share 👍👫🚛🐾😘
Awh absolutely love your space! Ours looks sooo small after watching this😂 ❤
It's definitely not small 🙏🐾👍🚛😘
You started to get it going. Great start to your video blogs. Your hubby done a great job inside.
Glad you enjoyed it. It was a joint effort, we did it together :)
Saw your beautiful lorry parked in Menorca, near Binibèquer Vell, and was interested... nice video. Have lots of fun 😊
Awwe should have popped by. Always happy to meet new faces. 5th year full time and been coming to the island for over 50 years as we have family and friends here and dad had a house here in Binibeca. Here for one day then moving to the other side of the island for a few nights 🙏🙏🐾🚛😘 the lorry has changed quite a bit from this video . We really need to do a new one 👍
Great multi use spaces and I love all the pink 💕 you have loads of storage but like you say, we all have that one kitchen drawer of crap 😂
It does look pink but it's actually more red. To be fair this tour is old and since then there has been ongoing work and additional things we have done etc. We really do need to do a new van tour and a bit more about the technical stuff and solar etc. Maybe get it done this summer. We don't do a lot of RUclips but need to start to do more. I like the shorts and Tiktok , so much easier 👍😂🚛🐾🙏
@@FlorryTheLorry Well the colour is great and the painted loo was fantastic 😍 our coach built seems very dull by comparison but that’s Mr Hills taste. I’d have pink everywhere 😂
@@TheHillsExplore thank you. The toilet very sadly has been painted boring white as it got so chipped and battered along the way. The bathroom is now mostly white now and a bit more grown up . Your motorhome is great, fab space and would love a separate shower , so good 👍👍❣️
@@FlorryTheLorry oh such a shame about your toilet 🚽 (that’s an odd sentence 😂)
We love the height of our new van - something you already have 👌🏻. It feels much more spacious and the separate shower was one of our goals and it doubles up as great storage for wet clothes or a wet silver screen 👍🏻
Love Florry!! Will be watching your escape from Wrexit with is lot of interest x
😘👍👫🚛🐾
I love a lot about the look of it but I think it could have built a lot better.
Its defintiely not perfect but it's still going and we are in it full time for the 5th year running on the move every few days so it's done pretty well. Lots we would change and do different but it works so we are happy 🙏🤞🐾👍🐾
Great tour look forward to more vids 😁
Thanks Luke. I think it will be a slow progress as we practice 😄👍🚛👫🐾
We follow on Instagram, can't believe we have only just found you on YT! ❤👌
We do a few shorts and sometimes when I have time I try to post a video 🐾👍🙏🚛😘
Hello! May I ask you how did register this lorry ? Thank you ! Can you please tell me the procedure ? Thank you !
We followed the guidelines of the DVLA and got her registered as a motorcaravan 🙏👍🚛😘
Nice to see you this morning in Alcanada, what a beautiful morning and thanks for the wave haha! Love the van, new subscriber here :D
Hola. Did we wave while driving or from where we are parked ? 😘👍🤗🙏🐾👫🚛
@@FlorryTheLorry Parked ☺️🌞 I walked past with a little camera on a selfie stick haha, enjoy your travels, love Florry! 🤗😍

Hi your van is great we are currently doing out a daf lf45 7.5 tonne just struggling to find insurance due to engine size may I ask who you use please thank you
Hi. We started off with A plan and then we went to Adrian Flux. We change every year and depends on the quotes. We are classified as 'motorcaravan' now which helps 👍👍👍
love it
Thank you 👍😊
Exelent build. Do you have problems with ballancing the weight on the truck?
No no problems. Been full time for over 4 years now and it seems to be ok 🐾🚛🙏👍
@@FlorryTheLorry that's great. I'm considering the same project what milage your truck is giving you if it's not a secret 🙂
@@alexybodom it does about 18mpg when we are careful and other times 16 👍🙏🚛🐾
Hello, I'm considering buying a converted 7.5 tonner for myself, to live in it full time. Could you tell me how did you insure yours, with what company? Also what's the roadtax on it and do you need tachograph? Thank you.
We are classified as a motorcaravan so insurance isn't too bad. road tax is same a motorcaravan road tax . Off hand I think it's £120 per year 🚛👍
Loved your motorhome tour and everything you have done so far. I think with these types of build there is always the chance to improve in the way you live, ie like what you have already done so far with the bathroom improvement. With the knives, lots and pans on the walls do they rattle much when your driving?. Excellent job well done
Pots and pans
Awww thank you. We find the videos quite hard to do to be honest. I have lots more clips I need to edit of places in France and the cross over to Menorca just not had time yet to do it. Thank you for your kind words . 👍🚛👫🐾
No rattling of pans because we don't hear it as the cab isn't joint to the living bit. Although we have marks from where they swing side to side so need to put something in place to stop them doing that 👍🤣
You do a great job on camera so don't put yourselves down
@@letsgosomewheretravels9476 that's very kind . I think we have a lot of learning to do but with time and practice we will get there 🙏🚛👫🐾🤗
My favourie build to date. I could easyli live fulltime in that. I especially love the kitchen area, which is usually the weak link in camper vans. One question, though: is that an ordinary kitchen fridge? I´ve always heard that these should not be moved at all, because you upset the gas or some such. Could you please comment on that? Thank you!
Thanks for the kind words. It's a three way fridge for motorhomes. It probably is the most expensive thing in the lorry but it's been great. Worked really well in the hot temperatures and heatwaves in Europe last year 👍🙏🐾🐾👫
Great idea for a very inexpensive home. How warm is it in the winter period? And please tell me the name of the new toilet you are going to get. I think you said it would be a kindrid toilet but I can't find it on line. Thanks.
Thanks. Took us two years to build. We have made some little changes and will be doing another video soon updated . The toilet is a Kildwick toilet. Tell them Florry recommended you, they will know the one we have . There's a video on our channel here

What colour is the outside painted on the sides? Is this the original colour or did you need to change it on the logbook or anything?
The outside is the original box and we added some decals 👍🐾🚛
Love your lorry , I would like to build one , could you tell me what the box is made of and how you insulated it ? Also do you happen to know what it all weighs now finished ? Im worried about going over 7.5 ton , wishing you happy travels regards Heath
It's a fibreglass box. Insulated all around, floor and ceiling with 50mm celotex. It weighs 6.8 tonne with full water tank and us in it. 7.5 tonne is a lot ❤️🐾🚛👍
Can u pls do a video on how hard/easy it is to find parking for it for all occasions, Walmart, etcespecially for a place to sleep at night
We are in Europe most the time. We will try and do a video one day about parking 😘🙏👍🚛
Nice lorry! I'm planning to buy myself one too! What are the inside dimensions of your lorry 😊 how much gas does it use?
Hi thanks for the interest. The lorry box is 6.1m long , 2.4 height and 2.39 wide . Total height of vehicle is 3.5, length of whole vehicle is 8m. hope this helps and good luck. Please do press notification button as we do plan on doing another tour of the lorry with more technical details 🙏👍👫🚛
Wow that’s amazing ! Love Florry
Thanks 😘🚛🐾👍
What are the rules on overnight parking?
Depends on which countries. 👍👍
Great tour 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 love Florry, love you guy's, we'll tag along all the way if you don't mind 😉❤️✌️
Thanks guys . Just seen this 😘
Amazing what you did, 7.5t truck is the perfect size for living and mobility
Thank you. Still enjoying life in her 👍🚛👫🐾❣️
@@FlorryTheLorry do you living full time ? I have in plan to buy a similar truck and to live in it full time if is posible...
Yes. We have been in her two and a half years. Only had a few nights staying with family when she's been in to be fixed. We go to campsites every now and again for a treat when we get the travel fatigue of moving every few days 👍🚛🐾🙏👫 welcome to follow on Facebook and Instagram too. We post a lot more there. We also use polar steps to track our travels. All under @florrythelorry 👍💙❤️
