Katamari Damacy REROLL (known as Katamari Damacy Encore (塊魂アンコール, Katamari Damashii Ankōru) in Japan) is a third-person puzzle-action game published by Bandai Namco and developed by MONKEYCRAFT Co. Ltd., released on December 7, 2018 for the PC and Nintendo Switch, and later released for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on November 19, 2020. Just a reminder that Irwin's dying wish was that no one blamed the stingray for his death, and 20 years later a person can't even think about the word stingray without it getting called out for killing him.

Ted is right. It was either the Robocop series or Robocop: Prime Directives. There is a part where we see the cartoon a kid is watching and its super violent. I also came across this flipping channels and it felt wrong to see a cartoon be bloody at that time.
I'm loving this series, this game is crazy in the most fun way. Also the stingray bit was wild haha.
On the subject of being good at games you've never touched: for some reason I tend to get severe beginner's luck whenever I get passed a controller. Someone was stuck on the last boss of Heavenly Sword and passed me the controller and I just bopped it in one without knowing the controls or even what game I was playing. That sort of situation has happened like... three times which isn't a ton but is a surprising amount? Can't underestimate beginner's luck.

I think it's possible to learn to play a game while watching, but not completely. Like, I watched my cousin play a lot of street fighter back in the day, then one day, I was in an arcade that had Street Fighter 2 on freeplay, nobody was playing it, so I sat and played vs the CPUs, and like, I wasn't doing too bad. Like, yeah, I had to learn the controls, but I knew the basic quarter circle stuff, so I was at least able to like. Not do too bad? I'm by no means an expert, but I know the basics just from having watched my cousin play a lot.
It's such a bummer Alex doesn't know how to climb things. This game is normally so much easier and more relaxing than they are finding it 😂
