Their chapter president was awful…he had them to trade their health insurance for a pinball machine in the lounge, and their dental plan for a keg of beer at their meetings. I bet he was going to have them trade their pastries for doorstops, next.
Jazz dancers can be professional performers like any other, and pastry chefs are skilled craftspeople. Though to be fair, arguably they should have guilds of their own rather than share a union with nuclear technicians. But that's Springfield for ya.
