I totally agree on the LED lightning. The visor mirror lights is also incandescent bulb. I replaced all the incandescent lights with LED. I'm glad it didn't came from factory because most factory installed LED is integrated with the assembly. If that burns out, it will cost more to replace, than just a single bulb.
Add a brake balancer control and make the rear brake slightly stronger than the front, that way to you can get the car to rotate more during sharp corners.
Lighting in the interior is an issue but can be replaced with brighter LEDs. Minor fix. My gripe is why does the JDM and EDM version of the car have the more premium upgrades as a standard, than the US version? Im sure there are valid reasons but I would love if it came with the clear headlights, power side mirrors, alcantara wheel and backseats, and the rear fog lights.
nearly 50k for a 300hp fwd and couldn't even give it heated seats or even parking sensors other markets get was a deal breaker for me. Nearly 55k for a Type S is just mad.
I switched out my incandescent bulbs with LEDs…much better. Not sure about your take on the HVAC….I find it to be sufficient, but I live in the Midwest and not FL.
Cheers Elias, we can get huge problems in Switzerland, if we change the exhaust system. You have to get them certified and registered with your car, it's additional BS to get it done and the suppliers do help out, but still... Peace! 👍💪✌
About the LED bulbs, it makes sense to have them all around the car. The LED headlights on my FK8 are superb though, the best lights ever on any car I've ever owned. Better than Xenon lights by far, and those were a huge step up from the H2/4 from the past.
gripes from me: the fuel tank needs to be bigger. yes driven like a grandma the car can get decent mpg. but the fuel tank is still shared with with the normal civic but with an engine that makes literally twice as much power as the base 2.0l 4 seater- the car is accord sized, it can seat 5 the incandescent turn signal and reverse do suck, especially since the integra has nice LED tails speaking of Integra- the stock exhaust is way too quiet. USDM cars at least should have had a louder exhaust, like the Integra fake engine sound in +R is stupid " the pogo stick suspension in +R on stock ads is also stupid- even DK complains about it no easy way to turn off VSA+TC fully without doing pedal dance infotainment is inconsistent in performance qc issues with paint kinda boring paint colors, but at least the ITS gets some nice metallic options wing isn't paint matched; even though it was on fk8 some people have had qc issues with the expansion tank failing+leaking valve cover gasket overheating still a thing if you push it hard enough the price keeps going up for no reason the overall dealer experience sucks-from trying to buy one at MSRP to even bringing the car in for repair for many honestly though a lot of these are nitpicks, so I could probably just live with them in the long run haha
You’re lucky you don’t live here in south Florida. Can you imagine yourself stuck in traffic and it’s 98 degrees outside. You need an AC that shoots out a freezing cold blizzard out those vents without the radiator over heating.
I believe a 265/35 R18 will keep the overall wheel diameter about the same as the original 265/30 R19. However, there is almost no rim on the market that keep the same +60 offset as the OEM one. Meaning if you go for a aftermarket rim. there is a great chance you'll change the scrub radius of the turning wheels and thus introduce more torque steer.
Everyone knows it’s not a 50k car! It’s always a 40k car, RUclipsr keep paying higher because they want the content first to make the money back anyway.

I prefer incandescent on the interior. LEDs are harsh. Also most LED headlights are wayy too bright and a safety issue for oncoming traffic.

I did a dual resonator delete on mine for $185. Zero drone and noticeably louder than ITS
I’m considering doing just that, no terrible highway drone?
Lastfit LED reverse and turn signals are a game changer

Bro. Get a Camry. 😂😂😂😂😂. The R ain't for you.
Get a used A3, the ITS ain’t for you either.

infotainment is inconsistent in performance
qc issues with paint
kinda boring paint colors, but at least the ITS gets some nice metallic options
wing isn't paint matched; even though it was on fk8
some people have had qc issues with the expansion tank failing+leaking valve cover gasket
overheating still a thing if you push it hard enough
the price keeps going up for no reason
the overall dealer experience sucks-from trying to buy one at MSRP to even bringing the car in for repair for many

That’s not how it works. If only there was a CTR in south Florida.
@ check with Brickell Honda. I saw a grey one there.
When did you get one?
The real Question is … is there gonna be a refresh?
Can you go with a tire with more sidewall on the OEM wheels? Like 265/35 or 265/40? There seems to be a lot of wheel gap

What turned me off about the FL5 was the canvas cheap looking rear seats.
LMAO

Well at 46k plus taxes tags and fees it’s basically 48-49k, near as makes no difference to a 50k car
@@FlyinGatocorrect at the end of the day it is 50k
They not $33k anymore remember that? Lol wtf happened to this planet
